I have tried really hard to get the way he was throwing tantrums and stomping his feet on the ground shoutting Moniya I love u I love u infront of the elders and saying all those stuff abt the Royel family who he just begged to see their love from his and Moniya POV and then change his tunes when DS did not hide him is just shameful and disrepecting.

this is the first time I'm seeing a so call male lead acting so selfish in all of the years that I have been watching India dramas.

males leads that I have seen in the past have always acted selfless by simply walk away and wish the one they love happiness with the one her family want her to be with not stand in the way like he is doing or did.

if it's indeed that he truly love her and want her to accept her family why hasn't he ever address her by her real name instead of trying to hold on to what isn't real?

like DS said tonight with him around Manyata is never gonna grow up or accept who she is and for that to happen Akaash need to go away totally.

Apparently it's because he likes to respect her wishes😆

IMO, Akash is being damn selfish even more than Manyata right now.

Why doesnt he understand that her family has been waiting for Manyata for so many years and now that they finally found her, all they want to do is try to make up for all those lost years. Like Rajmata said, Akash keeps pulling her back to her past. If he loves her, he needs to LET HER GO. (for now at least😕) So that she can get to know her REAL family!

Im sorry but with each passing episode, I dislike Akash more and more. He will never get my sympathy! EVER.

D.S is so right! Akash is only trying too just hold Manyata into her past were she doesn't belong.

very well said everyone and Reeha great post! It's true he knows her as Monia, but as Dadisa stated he is pulling her back to her past when she should be trying to edge towards what is her destiny, which is to be a princess

Lovely post Reeha👏 . Agree with you completely. One never forgets one s first love but its also true that people change over time and grow as an individual and then their priorities and feelings also change. Akash loves the simple girl whom he first met, but he does not see that there is something more to her. He is a simple guy with simple desires. But even in the begining when Manyata was just murari s daughter there was more to her than simplicity. A girl who was poor , but still desired to buy the most expensive pair of slippers, a girl whose very attitude and spunk set her aside from the rest of the crowd. She refused to bow down before anybody and this special quality is what UV noticed about her and intrigued him😉 He was the only one to realise that there is more to this girl than chawlwali😃. Her upbringing may have been different but her genes are royal and that shows in her behaviour and actions and once she accepts wholeheartedly the truth about herself akash will just be a fond memory because she herself will realise that her destiny lies elsewhere (UV )😉

First of all, AWESOME point put forward Reeha!

Akash's character is shown as a kind of person, who is sensible, mature, responsible and kind. However, now he was acting sefishly. He forgot that his 'Monia' is not Monia anymore, the carefree, bindass girl he met at the bus and at the mall, whose attitude and way of thinking, he admired. She is the person who made him think beyond the goals of his life. Yes, LIFE. She taught him, life cannot be lived with all these goals and strict rules, one needs to FEEL the wind, FEEL the sunlight on your skin, and SEE how wonderful this life is!

He did not know, when this ADMIRATION changed to INFATUATION and then LOVE. However as FATE had in store, he found out HIS Monia is a princess in reality. As much as he would try, he can never think of getting her. He let go of her.

BUT. ...

He became selfish. He became insecure. A responsible man that he always was, suddenly FELT that he should not let go of his LOVE. Its difficult to forget a person whom you love... At the same time, he should realize that, SHE is a PRINCESS. She has duties that she NEEDS to fulfill. She has to RULE a nation. She has WAY MORE RESPONSIBILITIES that is out of his imagination. The same way he has to bear the RESPONSIBILITIES of the people around him, Monia has to become Manyata to bear the RESPONSIBILITIES of an ENTIRE Nation.

Instead of keeping her tied to him for his selfish reasons and INSECURITIES, he should have LET GO OF HER. Or rather, make her understand that new life awaits her and she should take it up, she should accept her family and love them. If FATE wants them together, they WILL meet no matter what. He should have made her UNDERSTAND that life cannot be LIVED being FREE and BINDASS, people have to take responsibilities...Its a part of LIFE, its a PART of growing up.

As for Monia, yes, she is still immature, and childish, who needs to see the larger picture... Apart from her chawl and her chawl buddies, there is a BIG burden of people's hope and expectations that she has to shoulder. As long as she stays with that life, she will never FEEL she is Manyata.

That is the whole point of THIS drama.

To grow up.
