Agree with both Reeha and Vanshu. Empires dont just run themselves...they do have to be sustained and thats not an easy job either. We dont get to see UV at work as much but whenever we do see Akash at work, hes always texting. So I dont agree that he earned the promotion.

He instead has to work hard to get up there.

Plus he doesn't even have the luxury of getting to see his love whenever he wants.

He has to struggle extra to maintain everything (work, family, Moniya)

The few times he went early etc were all for Moniya.

Let's take an example: Since we're drawing parallels.

My dad moved from India when he was 21- with nothing. Moved to Holland, then Canada.
He worked his butt off, and became the businessman he is today, and you know what he would say to an employee like Akask:
Where are you priorities? You want success: You CAN'T have both Work family and "Love" in BALANCE initally. It is IMPOSSIBLE. In the name of Success SACRAFICE must happen.
It is the price one pays for financial success.
You GIVE UP time with your loved ones to make money, You WORK OVERTIME to ensure you succeed.
In the REAL world, even the best employee who starts sliding downwards like akash, he is fired.
You know why? It's a big sea, and there are plenty of fish waiting in line.

@Reeha 👍🏼 AGREED! you cant balance everything and you have to lose something to gain something. Realistically, Aakash shouldnt have been able to keep up with all these things.

Nivi.divi what are u trying to say? That it is Udays fault that he is born a prince. Uday works. He manages his kingdom, estate ,companies, hotels and gal that is a more DIFFICULT and IMPORTANT job. We are born and we cannot choose our families. But hey we can work hard but no Akash has to say "chalo ishq ladaye wiv a gal 10 years younger to him,(he is born in 1980 sometiog), has to instigate her against her family and has to butt his sorry ass in between"

You savd me a lot of hard work by writting that!
UV has thousand times more responsibilities than Pakash, who is just a shrimp... UV might have had ancestral property...but to maintain that and to increase the wealth you need to have a sharp mind and not just sit around and plot. Moreover businessmen are supposed to be cunning and shrewd...

Theoretically, you are correct. But practically.. I totally disagree with you. The fact that Akash does n't have his forefather's wealth means he needs to work 100 TIMES harder to be able to even think about asking for M's hand.🤔 Acting as a lover boy, and misleading a girl is just plain wrong. He doesn't have the guts to go to the Royals and admit his so called "love." Why? Because he KNOWS what will happen. When Murali kaka went to jail..only one person came to M's help..which was Akash. M is like that little girl who craves love and attention and who did she get it from.. ? Pakash. He basically took advantage of the circumstances. On his part was that right? To me..it looks like a well planned scheme.

Seriously, the fact Pakash tries to be around M 24/7 just screams his desperation. What is he so unsure about? Focus on his work like a true man, and maybe the gal will truly love you..not just bcus your a chipkoo and act like you dance on her ishaare.

Giving a promotion to Pakash is wrong bcus it tries to promote unethical work habits. I just hope the younger generation does not think following Pakash's ways will lead them to a promotion in the REAL WORLD.

Agree Rhea.. When you want something you have to sacrifice something in return.
