That is one thing which is bugging me too!
but come to think of it, the way Akash's Boss was talking to him, the number of warnings he was receiving the last few days only point to his getting FIRED from the job altogether.
He deserves to be fired..no i am not saying this becoz i HATE Akash...i say this becoz, he is a very UNPROFESSIONAL man. He is becoming CARELESS now a days. He seemed to care less about his JOB and more about his LOVE life. He is always SMSing, talking over the phone, dhyan kaam pe nahin raheta bande ka!
Everyone has a life outside their work, but they all keep it aside when it comes to their JOB. The way he was behaving as a LOVE SICK puppy only made things worse. It was he himself who was IRRESPONSIBLE. In fact i wud say Akash's Boss is quite considerate of him...his behavior must be really bugging the boss, that is why he is taking this huge step.
So firing him from the job is only natural and JUST.
But if they DON'T i wud say the plot is completely SCREWED UP!
