The chemical that forensic labs use to see traces of blood [that had been wiped clean] at a crime scene is called Luminol. Ok so the cops found traces of blood on the outside of Aarushi's bedroom door. The C.B.I.'s conclusion based on these blood traces is that the door war wide open when Aarushi was murdered. That the Talwars are guilty because they should have heard her screaming even if their bedroom door was closed and the air conditioner was making a ruckus. Has the C.B.I. considered the possibility that maybe the fatal blow to her head was inflicted somewhere else in the house? And then her body was carried back to her room and her throat was slit? At that point she was already dead and so did not yell for her parents to hear. If one follows this line of reasoning and investigation then it also establishes that there were multiple perpetrators. Why do I say that? It is because both the C.B.I. and the various criminal psychologists that have been on all the news channels have firmly stated that a murderer uses ONLY ONE WEAPON. About the blood on the door, that could have come from the killers hands while exiting the room.

If Dr. Talwar is so smart at beating the polygraph he would have been the first one to suggest that test to the cops. However he did not. He has willingly submitted to it, not once but twice. Looks like the C.B.I. the Noida and U.P. police had put too much stock in this test. However when they did not get the results they were hoping for they started this crap about "Dr. Talwar knowing how to beat the Polygraph." Ok so put him through the Narco test. Shoot him up with Sodium Pentothal or Sodium Amytal. If that also fails to get the law enforcement the results they want, what then??

I know that we all want closure to this crime that has captured our minds and imagination for the past twenty days. However in the haste to solve this crime I don't want to see innocent people sent to the gallows. I for one want to see clear-cut documented proof which establishes a motive and proves beyond a shadow of doubt that the Talwars did it. If they are proven guilty by verifiable facts and not hearsay then lock them up forever and throw away the keys. However in the mean time we should give then the benefit of the doubt, and not be swayed by the media reports.

The media is nobody's friend and thrives on sensationalism, and the desperate C.B.I. is now looking at their reports to solve this crime. This is a total travesty of justice. Give me a break!!!!

Don't make film or tele serial on Aarushi case: Nupur Talwar

9 Jun 2008, 2015 hrs IST,PTI

NEW DELHI: Nupur Talwar, mother of slain Noida school girl Aarushi, on Monday moved the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) seeking restriction on filmmakers from making movies or television serials on her daughter's murder. ( Watch )

Talwar on Monday met Chairperson of NCPCR Shanta Sinha and filed an appeal to bar filmmakers from making film or tele serial on the incident.

Women and Child Development Minister Renuka Chowdhary also termed such attempts by filmmakers as "unfortunate".

"This is very insensitive towards a minor. It is unfair to sensationalise the matter like making film and tele serials on the issue. The case is pending for further investigation and using the subject for anything like this is uncalled for," Chowdhary said.

"The whole situation is such that everyone should restrict themselves to talk about it unless there is some breakthrough in the case. It is inappropriate to talk about it when the things have only reached halfway," said the minister.

The minister has decided to take up the matter with the Information and Broadcasting Minister Priya Ranjan Dasmunshi.

"Under the Juvenile Justice Act, we will take the matter with I&B ministry. We would ensure that the ministry looks into the matter and no one makes a film or a tele serial on the issue," she said.

________

Given that it is Kekta and her Balaji Films trying to exploit this I am not surprised at all. Any and everything for TRP's is fair game for that insensitive, desparate female and her production team.

This is totally disgusting..😡😡

first the Noida police, now it is Ekta & Balaji films.. exploiting Aarushi name when she is not here to "defend" herself, it was highly improper for these people to besmirch her name and her dignity.

It is totally insensitive and disgusting.. I condemn this kind of act whole heartedly...

Latest I heard in Aajtak is CBI is close to solve the case.. They have detained Krishna Doc Talwar's compounder and conducted lie detector test..
They think there are 3 people involved in case.. also got some crucial evidences from Dr.Talwar's laptop..

Hope we will know who is the real murder soon..

Compounder undergoes test

New Delhi: The CBI yesterday conducted a lie detector test on the compounder working in the clinic of Dr Rajesh Talwar.

The CBI put compounder Krishna through a six-hour lie detector test. The agency claimed to have obtained some "incriminating clues" against him from the room of Hemraj. During the probe it was found that three people were present in Hemraj's room and had consumed alcohol.

The Central Bureau of Investigation conducted fresh raids last night at Dr Rajesh Talwar's Noida Sector 25 house where his daughter, Arushi, and domestic help, Hemraj, were murdered on May 16.

A joint team of CBI and forensic experts from AIIMS , headed by Joint Director Arun Kumar and Dr. Dogra respectively, was there till around 1:30 am.

Though the agency officials refused comment Dinesh Talwar, younger brother of Dr Talwar said, "The CBI is doing the best it can do in the case and I hope that it will soon work out the case."

The raids were conducted on the information the agency got through the interrogation of Dr Talwar's compounder, Krishna, to recover the weapon of offence and mobile phones of Arushi and Hemraj, which went missing ever since they were killed. The clinic assistant had been questioned over the past three days and was subjected to a lie-detector test on Monday.

According to the CBI, Krishna has now emerged as the prime suspect in the sensational double murder case.

He had reportedly made a number of calls to Arushi in the days leading to her murder and the CBI claims that they found some clues against him from Hemraj's room. Krishna, who hails from Nepal, stays close to Talwars' residence and frequently visited their house to meet Hemraj. According to CBI sources, the clinic assistant was going to be arrested soon by the central investigating agency. The CBI has also decided to oppose the bail plea of Dr Talwar, which would come up for hearing in a CBI court in Ghaziabad.

Talwar wanted to commit suicide
Author: Ajit K Dubey and Anshuman G Dutta Date: 10 Jun 2008

Says doctor who examined Rajesh Talwar after his arrest; UP police had 3 doctors monitoring him constantly

NO WILL TO LIVE? Dr Rajesh Talwar is accused of two murders

NEW DELHI: Dr Rajesh Talwar threatened to commit suicide after he was arrested for allegedly murdering his daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj.

According to Dr S C Sinha, one of the doctors who examined Talwar when he was detained in the Surajpur jail, the accused repeatedly threatened to commit suicide. He would also keep talking to himself during his initial days in prison.

The threat had frightened the UP Police so much that they had even constituted a three-doctor team to monitor his condition. The team was withdrawn after a couple of days when they pronounced that his condition was stable. However, considering his suicide threat, the CBI, which has now taken up the case, ensures that doctors continue to monitor Talwar.

Dead end

Meanwhile investigations into the case have reached a dead end. The CBI has not yet recovered any circumstantial evidence to implicate Talwar. The CBI, which had tried searching for the murder weapon in the drainage lines near the Talwar house, could not locate it. "The drain checks were a last-ditch effort," said a CBI officer.

While taking over the investigation from the Noida police, the CBI had stated that it would prepare the chargesheet on the basis of the findings of the forensic evidence and postmortem reports. "It was clear from the beginning that the postmortem reports were prepared in haste and had discrepancies. The forensic evidence from the crime scene also could not provide any significant lead," said another CBI officer.

"Postmortem reports can provide important clues in such cases. The Noida police should have ensured that details for further investigation were made available before the family was allowed to cremate the dead bodies," added the officer. Talwar's lawyer advocate Mrinal Mandal refused to comment on the bail plea, which will be heard today.

CBI at Talwar's residence

A team of 15 officials raided Talwar's flat after interrogating suspect Krishna, who is Talwar's compounder.

The CBI had put Krishna under lie-detector tests for two days. The agency claims it has found evidence from Hemraj's room. CBI Joint Director Arun Kumar headed the team, which also comprised of forensic experts. However the team refused to comment. Dinesh, Rajesh Talwar's younger brother who was present during the raid, said, "The CBI is doing its best to solve the case."

I have a slinking suspicion that the C.B.I. just hoodwinked everyone with the horse and pony show to sabotage the bail hearing. I don't think they have a shred of evidence against Dr. Talwar or that Nepali dental technician.

The C.B.I.'s mission last night, at some god awful hour, was choreographed purely for effect. Well looks like the Judge bought it, and Dr. Talwar is back in the slammer with no definite hearing date. Wow what a win win for the C.B.I. Bravo! Belissimo! Mue Bueno. Okay C.B.I. now stop stalling, and either come up with answers or do right by Dr. Talwar and release him on bail. Enough already!!!!

Aarushi murder a pre-meditated plan: CBI

New Delhi, June 10: CBI on Tuesday said that the twin murder, including that of Aarushi, was a pre-meditated plan and not done on the spur of the moment, as claimed by Noida police.

Highly placed sources in CBI said that the "murderers", which can be two in number, had planned these murders well in advance and studied all cover-up operations meticulously.

With this observation, the theory of Noida police that Rajesh Talwar had allegedly murdered his daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj on the spur of the moment has fallen flat.

The sources said the killers had gained friendly entry into the house before committing the ghastly crime.

Meanwhile, CBI today conducted the second lie detector test on Krishna, compounder of Dr Rajesh Talwar, in connection with the gruesome twin murder, they said.

Evasive in his replies yesterday, the sleuths of Special Crime unit of the CBI today sent a fresh questionnaire to CFSL officials for enabling them to put Krishna through the polygraph (lie) detector again, official sources said.

A CBI team had re-visited the Talwar's residence in Noida last night and re-created the entire crime scene again, based on the statement given by the compounder.

Some of the relations of Aarushi and Hemraj were also questioned today as well by the agency.

Why Bangalore? Is that the only lab where they are equipped to conduct this test? If true that is surprising, specially since the Indian Police uses the Polygraph and Narco Tests as their standard procedures in all investigations. Thanks uknaik99ji for posting this. Is this in print anywhere that you know off? Thanks again.
