The chemical that forensic labs use to see traces of blood [that had been wiped clean] at a crime scene is called Luminol. Ok so the cops found traces of blood on the outside of Aarushi's bedroom door. The C.B.I.'s conclusion based on these blood traces is that the door war wide open when Aarushi was murdered. That the Talwars are guilty because they should have heard her screaming even if their bedroom door was closed and the air conditioner was making a ruckus. Has the C.B.I. considered the possibility that maybe the fatal blow to her head was inflicted somewhere else in the house? And then her body was carried back to her room and her throat was slit? At that point she was already dead and so did not yell for her parents to hear. If one follows this line of reasoning and investigation then it also establishes that there were multiple perpetrators. Why do I say that? It is because both the C.B.I. and the various criminal psychologists that have been on all the news channels have firmly stated that a murderer uses ONLY ONE WEAPON. About the blood on the door, that could have come from the killers hands while exiting the room.
If Dr. Talwar is so smart at beating the polygraph he would have been the first one to suggest that test to the cops. However he did not. He has willingly submitted to it, not once but twice. Looks like the C.B.I. the Noida and U.P. police had put too much stock in this test. However when they did not get the results they were hoping for they started this crap about "Dr. Talwar knowing how to beat the Polygraph." Ok so put him through the Narco test. Shoot him up with Sodium Pentothal or Sodium Amytal. If that also fails to get the law enforcement the results they want, what then??
I know that we all want closure to this crime that has captured our minds and imagination for the past twenty days. However in the haste to solve this crime I don't want to see innocent people sent to the gallows. I for one want to see clear-cut documented proof which establishes a motive and proves beyond a shadow of doubt that the Talwars did it. If they are proven guilty by verifiable facts and not hearsay then lock them up forever and throw away the keys. However in the mean time we should give then the benefit of the doubt, and not be swayed by the media reports.
The media is nobody's friend and thrives on sensationalism, and the desperate C.B.I. is now looking at their reports to solve this crime. This is a total travesty of justice. Give me a break!!!!
