Jo bhi banega usmein Gauri pyaaz zaroor padegi (Whatever I cook, it will definitely need Gauri Onion), so pehle ussey baareek bareek slice karo (so first, finely slice the Gauri Onion), phir chhota chhota chop karo (then chop it into really tiny pieces), phir sil - battey se pees lo. (For the uninitiated - the sil is a flat stone slab with pitted surface and batta is the grinding stone shaped like a half moon or triangle; grind the chopped GO on the sil-batta). Finally, khaultey tel mein dheemi dheemi aanch per pakao jab tak ye golden brown na ho jayen (Finally, fry it in boiling oil on a low flame till GO turns golden brown) π
