Have climate scientists failed to tell us how bad the situation is to avoid being branded "alarmists"? Is climate induced instability the greatest threat to international security in the next 30 years?

It suggests there will be more migration, a proliferation of diseases, greater conflict in weak states and a restructuring in global power in line with the accessibility of natural resources.
The report is being released as the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) meets in Valencia to publish its fourth and final "Synthesis Report" outlining the increasing risks from global warming.
What evidence do you see of climate change? Are you planning to take any action? Is human conflict an inevitable consequence of global warming? Should we manage the changes or try to stop them?
