To put it simply like some people have said I always have thought "Evolution is the Creation of God". I have been raised in a semi religious household and been educated. I see no reason why science and religion cannot coexist. To me every scientific discovery is testament to the elaborate designs of the universe. People will always have contradictory views on the subject, and are entitled to their opinion. My biggest pet peeve here in the United States is the conservative rights push to promote creationism and challenge evolution in the public education field. It contradicts the spirit that is separation of church and state.

And my favorite one liner "Thank God I am an atheist" - Antonio Banderas in the movie "Play it to the bone"
