Why does USA government get to decide everything?

Is it us who let them? They have made many bad decisions, and the people of USA had to suffer for their decisions.

Sept 11- Who knows whoz actually behind that... We just see what the American media shows us...

Well to clarify things, it's Congress that get their way. Right now we have a Republican aka repukkkelikkkan party running the whole country. Their focus is to make their head honchos happy, while the ones lower than that suffer.

Put it this way: Trying to spread Christiantiy and Democracy into a country that's focused on some other type of Religion and a different way of Governing themselves means that they'll fight to keep things the way they are.

Trust me, the more you try to pressure Iraq into TRYING to fit into the "crowd" the more they'll fight to keep out of it.

O yeah, Islamofacism is the new fad of the 21st Century, and so far, America is dying :(

Give thanks to Al-Qaeda for making all this happen. Cuz now they're just about impossible to track down.

As of now, the US is the most powerful nation in the world. Bush has enough authority to fight a war despite the disapproval of the United Nations and still get away with it. This is not the only time the US has used its power to go against the rest of the world. In all security council decisions that involve the Israel-Palestine conflict, the US always takes the opposite stand from that of the majority of the world, and due to veto power, it succeeds.

All of that money is for the rich bas***ds, who represent a small percentage of USA's 300 million people.

Think of what the people that are NOT rich have.

US govt done lot of mistake after 9/11......
They done lot of invasions........afgan, then
attack on Iraq,distroy a country,still taking oil and other things from there...Plan to attack ok Iran...supporting Isral's invasions and attacks on civilions...They act like a Big brother role...US should change their forgin policy....Why US still making newclear weapons, and they try to bann other countries ...wat a mismatch... 😳

Nice topic! I really do believe that U.S. power went haywire after 9/11. The fact that they entered other countries w/o any permission shows that the govt. is up for destruction. It truely makes me question about the Powers of U.N., If they have ANY!!! It was voted negative for U.S. war against Iraq but Bush's govt. still continued, that is when U.N. should have stepped in; But instead they got scared of their power and didn't do anything. This makes me wonder what will happen in the future, if there is no catalyst to everything going on in the world. People truely are suffering from this..so many people lost their lifes...and what is U.S. gaining except for a false ego boost.

As for News, we are never shown everything that is going on out there! And You watch BBC news and you really see what is going on! or go to any other country and watch the news they show a whole different perspective. I remember during 9/11 My uncle in India knew more about what was going on than we did here. So, just shows us that News is nothing but Bussiness. (Although, that still doesnt' stop me from having a total crush on Anderson Cooper, eventhough he might be triple my age😳)
