😆 no its not another relationship😉 related topic. Regarding insecurity of loosing a job.
One's Job can be insecured coz various reasons
1. Cost cutting.
2. Hire and Fire rule for incompetancy.
3. Someone is ready to do the job in lesser cost.
4. Highly competative work culture where employer is focused just on profits.
5. Work ethics, race, etc etc...
Under Performance:
- Due to constant pressure, Low Moral etc
Over Performance:
- To retain the job.
1. With constant insecurities at JOB, whether employees under or over perform?
2. Do you feel the performance or initiative of permanent employees or say goverment employees lack as compared to non permanenet insecured employee?

If your answer is to 1 is Under Perform
A. Do Govt employees (in general - no offense) in India justify thier competency and work?
If your answer is to 1 is Over Perform
A. Should Govt of India implement Hire and Fire rule and stop permanent jobs, atleast for next five years to see the impact?
