Almost all stores in US offers return policy. With few exceptions, it essentially means that if you are not satisfied with merchandise you bought, can simply return it for full refund, basically stores striving for 100% customer satisfaction on any purchase. In fact in GA state law, any merchandise even if you have signed all agreements can be returned, if you are not happy with purchase.
This policy is manupilated by many in terms of buying stuff utilizing it, and then later within specified period returning it and buying again from a different store... this goes on. Doing so, revenue on papers and actual revenues gained by companies is impacted.
1. In your opinion as a consumer - returning a merchandise for any reasons after you actually bought it, a good offer?

3. On all returns, should stores charge a mandatory re-stocking fee?
4. Is it ethical to use some product and return it? for example buying a Boom Box for party, as u don't need it so returned it back in the morning saying you were not satisfied.
