This is fake. Most likely fake.

You are asserting that the chat transcripts are fake but immediately second guessing yourself.

So, according to you and some of your razor sharp friends, the former zonal director of the NCB approached the high court to file a petition seeking the quashing of the FIR and as part of the petition submitted concocted conversations that transpired between him and Shah Rukh Khan? That sounds more plausible to you than a father pleading with an officer in right earnest for leniency on his son?

BTW, how can any of these chat transcripts be used against Shah Rukh Khan? They just show how vulnerable he was at that time? Nothing incriminatory in those messages. Is it possible that Wankhede produced them in court only to prove that none of those chats directly or indirectly refer to any payment that were allegedly demanded?

No, definitely not because there was even a call mentioned.

Wankhede never spoke about these iMessages before and he could not provide the phone where these alleged iMessages had been sent to and from...he just showed copies.

And anyways, the wording is such that he is lauded...the other person (SRK??? I doubt) writes very highly of Wankhede.

The fake messages could have been very well done to project a good image of Wankhede.

There are also allegations to other people which makes only sense if Wankhede knows what is meant.

But I suppose, it will get resolved if these chats are fake or not.

There are three kind of people who believe in this messages:

Those who just think it's a father worrying for his son and who lost his common sense.

Those who think that SRK assumed that Aryan was caught with drugs (which is convenient as it makes Aryan a druggie in their eyes).

Those who think that SRK indeed tried to bribe Wankhede in a certain way (which is equally convenient because it makes SRK attackable).

Well, like others already wrote, SRK writing those messages on the 4th and also on the 14th is highly unrealistic, implausible and unlikely.

Not too interested in speculating.

For Wankhede, the need to submit the chat transcripts didn’t arise up until this point.

I disagree that those messages (if sent) by SRK makes him look stupid or lacking in common-sense.

I doubt Wankhede would be naive enough to submit fabricated messages in his petition to high court, with so much media scrutiny.

Maybe, today, it will be more clear:

Live &Law has written a summary about the matter which will be discussed today before the Mumbai High Court:

https://www.livelaw.in/top-stories/sameer-wankhede-shah-rukh-khan-chats-former-ncb-officer-extortion-case-cbi-cordelia-cruise-ship-case-aryan-khan-release-229120?infinitescroll=1

It isn't only about the alleged conversations with SRK but also about accusations Wankhede makes relative to his superior.

The alleged conversations are meant to show Wankhede's integrity and - stressing the word "reform" - that SRK was aware that his son may have done something to have to be "reformed".
