Check the article I shared where ED officer says no wrongdoing has been found.

It has not been rebutted by anyone in ED. If it was false, ED would have issued a statement like CBI did.

This isn't just Bail. The High Court has trashed the NCB. They've upheld Rhea's Dignity that the Warriors, the Media & The state machineries have been trying so hard to strip her off. No Apex agency has been trashed to this level that I can remember. Huge Thappad, not just to the NCB at that from the Mumbai HC.

I am not saying that there is no chance he smoked joint all I am saying that there isn't any evidence that proves it. In the video there isn't anyway of knowing what exactly is he smoking. Also from another video it's clear that he did smoke herbal sticks.

Why HC waited this long (30 days) to give her bail? If she's just a user why they didn't acquit her & still put a lot of bail conditions? That means charges are still on her, bail coz NCB doesn't want her in their custody for further question. 😉

Bail means clean chit in pudiyawood😆
