Yes. I own up. It was my mistake.

Now answer the rest of my questions.

But my long post in the previous page on CAA/NRC is not based on any propaganda.

Could you care to answer that, instead of waging left propaganda war?

I didn't evade it. The question was not pointed at me. I don't have to answer all the questions asked in this thread. I just saw misinformation and I called it out.

I've not read your long post - I tried to read it but lost interest midway. You need to articulate better.

Regarding the question, since now you're asking me - the film is not based on Laxmi's life alone as the director already clarified. Some aspects are taken from Laxmi and some from others. Either way, it is her cinematic liberty that she can take to tell a story. So she can change any character names as she pleases.

Even Chapaak was not pointed at you. (In fact, I had already replied to somebody). Still you took the opportunity, as it was one point where you could score over me.

Well. Let me articulate and simplify. What are these "nationwide" protests for?

Also, why minorities disappeared from Pakistan by 1951?

Yes, because I can engage with any post I wish to. And I am not obligated to reply to every post in this thread - I thought this understanding was pretty universal? What is not clear about it?

I have stated it again and again. But let me say it again in simple terms - CAA provides citizenship to a few selective communities, and is not inclusive like the Indian Constitution is.

This is just one problematic aspect.

The next one is NRC. People have to prove their citizenship with documents - including poor people, who struggle to get one square meal a day - And documents like Aadhar card, etc. will not be accepted. They will have to get decades old certificates proving their citizenship. Now these poor people, who do not have a shelter, or their documents may have been lost in a flood or a natural calamity, where would they go? As per NRC they would not be considered citizens of the country. But only if you are a Muslim you would have a problem, because when seen in context of CAA, you will be given citizenship if you are Hindu, Sikh, Jain, Christian, etc. So only Muslims are in trouble. It only serves the evil purpose of the BJP and the RW.

And this is exactly why this needs to be fought, because it undermines India's social fabric and the core values its constitution stands for.

Why do they take this liberty only when the offender is a Muslim..because I've never seen a Hindu criminal's name being changed to a Muslim?

A simple Google search will show that there are many Hindu attackers too.

And are you kidding me, Bollywood has over the years shown Muslims to be villains in way too many films, disporportionate to their population.

I have not said there are no Hindu attackers. I'm asking if any Hindu criminal's name has been changed to Muslim..like here they changed Nadeem to Rajesh

and where you feel convenient to answer.

I am not replying to your CAA-NRC "questions/concerns". Not because they are inconvenient. It is because, I already answered and you didn't care to read.
