yeps! :D:D:D different films require different forms of acting...and one can appreciate the same actor portraying roles relying on style and/or realism

i'm sure i will luv Abhi wen he comes out with his Guru, as much as i luvd him in his other movies :P:D

so i really cant choose...coz i like em both! like, one day i may wanna watch something totally finnicky...[say...clueless :P]....and one day something totally smita patil style 😛

Also, i dont think that one form is harder to do than the other. they're two opposites, and i think it isnt right to compare the two. some ppl can do glamour. some cant. just the same as some people can do 'realism' and others cant.

Does style influence the audience more than an actor that portrays real people and uses realism to conduct his acting?

if u would c around... u would find majority of the audiences aping their favs glamour dolls or hearthrobs....

no one apes nandita das or naseeruddin shah..???? 😕

so no doubt "style" influences more than "realsim"

Style and flashy clothes are impressive at times, then you look 10 years back and they mean nothing!
As for 'real' acting, even 10 years from now someone will appreciate and love it!
and that is what acting is about...leaving lasting impressions of characters and stories in our hearts. No amount of flashy stuff can compensate for that.

we do enjoy real acting but that does not influence us.....

like we did love dev anand years back.....imagine getting influenced by his acting and walking or rather falling and trying to ape that same ....😆 no one does or will dare to bcome laughing stocks...now

as for getting influenced and ape we need style ....glamour ...say hrithik say salman .....we are everready to adapt their looks their "adaain",,,WHY coz of their realism ...no no no coz of showbiz....all made up all style ...
