nope judge kode was not indecissive.. he took a decission for SD.

he sentenced him for 6 years when 5 years was norm.

when a criminal is brought to trial, it is the Judge's duty to look for both sides of the coin....thats what is a Judge for....to decide.......

he dicided and thats called Judgement

and judgement is either fair or unfair...........again😆 soory to say it is not neutral ..😃

haha, bad judge then. i was griping about the sentence the other day. now, what should we do? haul the case before the supreme court? maybe they'll get a verdict/ decision that is truly neutral?😛

as for the rest of it, it's all semantics. judgment/ verdict/ decision. matlab wohi hai na😉😆

I think there are two aspects in relation to neutrality :

1. Not able to decide
2. Not having the guts to putforward the decision
3. Not having any favourable choice in the given two

At any situation .....the decision making of a person is said to be efficient if he/she tries to estimate the correct one from the given choices..not able to select any one among the given choices.....might just show the inefficient decision making policy of that person...

Most of the times.neutral stands are taken out of inefficeny..

say India..earlier..it was not pro US not pro USSR becuase it used to get scared of both and it used to have works with both.

Say even now if US does anything...to Iran... India says "its stand is neutral"..it cannot support Iran being scared of US and it cannot support US as it feels Iran is India's friend!

So I say "neutrality is a synonym for indecisivness".....
