No, imho.
"Neutral Stand" has become an oxymoron of late. The moment you "decide" to stay neutral, you have taken a side. The English philosopher Edmund Burke once said "The hottest places in hell are reserved for those who, in times of crisis, remain neutral" severely criticizing the hypocrisy behind it.
I would however relate "indecisiveness" mostly to lack of ability to decide and in some cases to procrastination.

Good points Bhilwara. I would agree with you... did I say I am changing my opinion here? 😛

Taking a step back of neutrality to assess the power of enemy is prowess and not indecisiveness!
USA isnt neutral on any issue and its repurcussions are galore.

Neutrality always means being indecisive for whatsoever reason. Be it political, diplomatic, lack of understanding, fear, love, concern, bitter pill... reasons can be plenty, the fact remains the decision wasnt taken... 😊

Recently in a talent show Javed Sahab commented about Udit ji's indecisiveness. Udit ji is liked by all but he is indecisive when he needs to make decisions.

Is not taking any stand a tact or cowardice? Does it depend on circumstances?

At any circumstance neutrality is some refined form or classy form or simple form of Indecisivness.

The reasons for the indecesiveness might be:

  1. Lack of knowledge /Ample scope for further learning
  2. Lack of suffiecient proofs to promote their argument ....leads to indecisiveness
  3. Lack of courage to promote their argument

In anycase..Neutrality is synonymn for indecisiveness!😊

PS: Maya ji nice AV😊,happy to see Sush back into DM😛

I AGREE

Being neutral with any two decissions means

* accepting both the decissions😕

*not accepting any of the two😕

*sometimes in support of one 😕

*sometimes in suppoort of the other😕

the above charecteristics put together will mean being indecissive or simply not able to pick one among the two...in other words cant decide between the two ...so neutral

truly ...Neutrality is synonymn for indecisiveness............😊
