I have always heard that sex is a medium always resorted to by men to remove their frustrations !
why cant it be tender and something that must be shared when two parties have reached an intimate understanding ?

Like why would a person want to indulge in sex if they were already in a tedious or agitating state of mind ?

This is not true.

Many times sex is a very intimate and tender moment shared between two people. There is genuine understanding and compassion. Sometimes sex is something fun and exciting between two people. It may not be tender or emotional. But the two people share a comfort level so they can seek fun and pleasure together.

I think what you are referring to is frustration sex. It is not exclusive to men. Women also engage in frustration sex. People react to stress in different ways. Some people go running. Some people shop. Some people binge eat. Some people resort to sex to calm down and release their tension. It is not healthy if you take your partner for granted and as some sort of punching bag to vent your frustrations. However, sometimes two people can work it out to remove the negatives and avoid sex that uses one another.

There is also hate sex, breakup sex that both men and women indulge in. Sometimes people are just so angry or hurt by each other that the only way they can release those emotions is to have sex. The human mind sometimes works in mysterious ways. Some things we feel and do make absolutely no sense at all. A lot of people actually do end up having serious fights or breakups that lead to sex. They can't explain why they did it because rationally they wanted just the opposite. Maybe someday psychologists can truly explain this.

Stop hearing what people say. This is probably a few % of the lot. And women too are frustrated dear, don't blame only men.😆

The statement is funny actually. Sex for procreation cannot be termed as frustration, can it??😆

Sex can be a distressing and healthy activity. Frustration is a bad word for such divinity.

But of course!

@ bold - that is exactly what i feel is wrong . Must sex be a commodity ? That we use to fend off negative feelings ? If a person is psychologically frustrated , musn't he solicit a remedy/therapy ... instead of a volatile [seeming] solution .

^^ These ideas seem so abstract , and only fictitiously existent . I could think of physical violence to end a fight . But sex ? 😕
