What brought you to I-F: KYPH (yes i know, i too was one of Iqbal Khan's groupies 😆)

Your favourite artist(music): Right now Arcade Fire, I just found out about them and I am crazy about them.
Do you like to read : I love to read, I am a complete bibliophile, my mother threatens to disown me sometimes when i stay up reading too late
Your favourite debator on I-F: While I love all debators on I-F I wud have to go with Aparna as my my favorite debator, because she backs up her claims with proof and she has a very unique point of view on most issues. Though I feel it necessary to mention JP here because JP can make even the scariest and toughest debates fun without once straying from the actual debate.
Your experience as a Debator Vs Debator: I loved Debator v Debator. I had an extremely talented opponent and I enjoyed debating with her immensely. I felt that the debate was also a good platform for me to (improve my vocab 😆) practice debating rationally and learning how to convey my thoughts on paper/internet just as well as I do in person. While I debate well in person my writing needs some serious help because i dont convey wat i mean that well.I wud love to do it again, (hint hint mods😆) as long as nobody thinks i am debate hog.
Your Hobbies: I love to listen to music, read books, watch cartoons (yes i still enjoy them in fact I just saw Lilo and Stitch 2: Stitch has a glitch), annoy my mom, debate on I-F/debate in general, visit I-F, and surf the net.

Here are my Q's...

Have you ever considered becoming a lawyer? Yes I actually had wanted to be a lawyer for a long time, because law fascinates me. I took an introductory course to civil law in school and it was extremely interesting. The way the laws are created so they can encompass people's humanity and yet still have a sense of control in the society.

Do you watch any serials? I watch Thodi Khushi Thode Gham, because of the feminist Sneha standing up for the women in a very male dominated household, which represents the main contention i have with our culture that it is so heavily male-dominated. Tho its starting to change which makes me so happy. I watch Kasamh Se because of the fact that it had originally been about three sisters and I am simply crazy about the whole sibling bonds and love for one's families shows. I watch Kaisa Yeh Pyar Hai every now and then because of the fact that I had watched that serial from the day it started and want to see how it ends and Iqbal Khan is very hot.😉

What do you see your self doing in 10 years? In ten years I want to have finished my studies in both medicine and business and be ready to run a whole hospital, possibly own one. (I dream big)

Whats your favorite food? My favorite food is biryani, my mom makes it so spicy and tasty. I love spices. I also love french fries, cant live without them.

Why do you enjoy debating? I enjoy debating because I feel that it is one of the few times when people should or actually do open up to each other. When we debate we share with someone how we feel about something and why we feel that way, so for a while we allow that person to have access to our beliefs and give that person a chance to change our mind. Which I believe debating is, you put aside your beliefs for a second and listen to the other person with an open mind and heart and see if their arguments convince you of their position.

Whose your favorite actor/actress, on Bolly and Telly? .My favorite actor would have to be Nana Patekar because he is a phenomenal actor, he is extremely versatile in his characters and does so many thought provoking and realistic movies which always touch you in a way (disturbing most of the times but touching nonetheless)

My favorite actress would have to be Rani Mukhrjee because she is a wonderful actress and we see the depth of talent from movies like Hum Tum and Black. she plays her characters well, no matter wat they are.

On Telly my favorite actor would be Ram Kapoor because I saw him in Ghar ek Mandir and now in Kasamh Se and he did a phenomenal job in both.

My favorite actress would be Rakshanda Khan because of her role in JJKN. She was really good in it, I mean while she was evil i cud still sympathize with her because of her pain and her love for Armaan. I might be the only onw who did but I really felt bad for her in the show.
