Alright, I am sure many of you have heard about the historic Roe v. Wade American supreme court verdict that is responsible for legalized abortion and women having some control over their reproductive rights. Seeing the new Texas state policies, it seems that the GOP is building up a case to contest Roe v. Wade in court again.

Assume that this, in fact, happens, do you think there is a possibility that Roe v. Wade may be overturned? Why? Why not? I would like to hear your reasons.

P.S. If you are here to declare your unsolicited opinion about what women should do with their bodies, save it for another thread. As long as you stick to the topic, I am all ears.
