You know Aparna, this just what the CNN correspondent Christiana Amanpour was telling. This is becoming or rather are made to become a mind-set among the Muslim youths that everything is a conspiracy. Even if there are thousands of evidence, they tend to think differently. For e.g. they say 9/11 was planned by US/CIA/Isreal(who were the men talking of being responsible on tape!!!!!! ), now again this one. The have so many evidences, even the Pakistan govt. has helped the British govt. cracking the plot. Take for instance the recent Mumbai blasts, they are pointing towards the politicians and RSS.

We are not leaving in a fools world. So, wake up my dears.

I am not sure, if this topic has been discussed here before or not, but I was thinking of it today, while listening to the news of the "UK Terror Plot".

For some reason, I think it is all planed by the US, UK and Israel. So ppl's attention is diverted from Lebanon and all the mass murdering happening there. Now on every news channel and news paper, all we hear is this news. The news from Lebanon is nowhere. They are spread terror and confusion in their own countries and people, so they stop thinking and questioning about their doings in Lebanon and Palestine.

Plus, US and UK governments have a habit of making their ppl look all brave. So now all over the news we see ppl sacrificing their liquid products, like drinking water, mouth wash, hair gels, lotions and what not!!!

If this is sacrifice then what do they call, ppl of Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine and now Lebanon who are killed just coz they live in that country??? Or just that the "most wanted person" "Might" be in that country. Or just because they want that land, they have oil in their country, and the mighty America will soon need that oil!!!

Why for oil, which can be replaced by so many other things, so many ppl have to lose their lives??? Who has given US or UK to rule over the world?? Why so many ppl have to lose their lives coz they think that Osama Bin Laden is in that country???

Where is our world going to??? Are we going back to the dark ages once again, where people killed each other for their own pleasures?? What is the use of so much knowledge and technology, that man is becoming more and more jangali day by day????

hi ms. bholi bhali, i agree that ur theory is possible, but i have a few points that really go against ur theory:

1. what would we gain? We know that the government cant control the media, and so it is all upto the media on how much coverage they would give this topic, and yes it has gotten a lot of coverage but the lebanon headlines are still strong and they still make the top headlines on many prominent t.v channels and papers. The government would really gain nothing but a 2-3 days of coverage and it would have to raise the already high terror threat level, causing great distress to the millions of people that fly in airlines everyday. Distraction simply isnt a reason why our governments would do such a thing

2. This point has been stated in the 9/11 conspiracy too that if such a plot were to go down in the government, then wouldnt there be a single leak? I mean this has got to be the leak of the century that the government has done this and the person who leaked it would be extremely rich and more known than the pope.

3. And of course the president or the english prime minister cant pull of such a plan by themselves, and such a plan itself would require months if not years of strategic planning to make sure nothing goes wrong. Israel invaded Lebanon only a few short weeks ago, (although for the lebonese it must feel like an eternity), so how could our government compile such a plan in just a few short weeks and make sure nothing goes wrong?

4. The problem is that we cant do anything to help the lebonese, but by creating such a plot that terrorists have been caught trying to use liquids to create mass mayhem is going to cause more problems to our government than it already has. Because though it would make the government look competent it would dangerously hurt the already fragile airline industry. People would be even more scared to go on to planes and tensions would be high between the small muslim population and the rest of america and the UK. Such a plot by the government could be the tip of the ice berg that would cause the airlines to shut down meaning that thousands of people would be fired and the country would suffer major economic problems.

5. Our government aims to make the airlines safer, and this is bad publicity for it even though they have caught the terrorists.

Overall i like your theory because i'm a big conspiracy nut but i cant ignore the facts either, and besides to think that a man who calls "eeraq" "I rack" can conspire such a plan is being gullible, though i dont know about the English PM.

These are two extremely valid points 👏.

As it is, the govt is spending billions in security, and trust me, it is a valid threat. The way these guys make everyone go through the security check is anything but phony. It kills hours, and is highly expensive for all the economies around the world.

The immediate result of this news was grounding of all the flights to US and UK. That in itself caused severe setback in terms of economy, and also would cause a huge amount of tension among all around the world.

Conspiracy theories are exciting, but when a govt in involved, it takes months to get into place. When two or moregovts are involved, it actually might take years, just for the reason that there are frequent cultural clashes all around, and basically controlling ground public needs a very tight system all around. And here we are talking of global conspiracy.

So no, this is not a case of conspiracy. This is actually a case of good sleuthing. At least some good men somewhere in the world are doing their job sincerely, and for a change are thining of saving people instead of killing them or beheading them or endangering their own countrymen's life to acheive some sort of 'revolution' 🤢

Well it's not the matter of Muslim world or Christian world. The whole problem is that a group of ppl is ruling the world. And they are the uncrowned king of the world.

Why can't Bush, get a bunch of young guys, and get them to do this?? He will be providing money and all to their families, which many want. You all have to agree, that how the world is changing, any person can do anything for money. Its has now become "you give ur life, we will give u security and money".

The documentary of 911 issues is not made by Pakistanis or Muslims, it is made by the Americans or the books are written by Michael Moore. Loose change was not made by Muslims or Pakistanis. So omit that part please.

Our Governments are no saints, doesn't matter where they are from, US, UK, Indian or Pakistani, all are same, all want to be in good books and show that they are the most innocent or in this case "the becharye"

Disagree, ppl take it personally, because they are treated and thought to be same as the ppl who are called or labeled as terrorist!!! Terrorism has a totally different religion, coz now nationality and religion doesn't matter to them. Because in those attacks which they are planning, many will be killed who belong to the same religion.

Conspiracy theories start by looking at the past and present of the ppl who are plotting it, or of the ppl this is happening to.

How many know where Osama bin Laden is sitting. And if he has such a big army and there are areas where he is training soooooooooooooo many youngsters, then why hasn't the "new technology" has traced them??? US has so many powerful sources, why they are using it for the destruction of the countries. Why can't they use it the other way?

I agree to ur point, Channels have freedom of speech, but they are still of that country. That 2-3 day coverage is enough for what they want to do. And the new changes to the system will keep ppl of their country busy of many hours, days, weeks and months. This coverage for a few days is enough to distract everyone from other news.

Why can't they pull a plan by themselves??? They have great minds………. Or I should say evil minds. Have a good support group of ppl, who can do anything at such a short period of time. All they needs were some ppl, formula written in Arabic and the ingredients. Rest is done by media.

Don't u think that they will invent machines which will detect such explosives?? Why would they let their economy to go down??? Plus if one stream of work closes, tons of new streams of work open.
