You don't need fools, to make you feel smart babe. Aren't you smart enuf to recognise yourself? Or do you measure your smartness according to the number of fools around you? You don't make sense.

And to the highlighted part, sports, dance and particularly art requires a smart brain! Now you're making me wonder, what actually you mean by the term smart?

Well first of all, I just said I'd prefer a world without fools. This doesn't imply that I'd want a world filled with smart people. However responding to your statement, I would disagree because that's like saying, to be called smart you need to be surrounded by fools. So in other words:

You have a group of really stupid people and one just a little bit stupid which means from what you're saying, the one who's just a little stupid would be deemed as "smart". But see, I still wouldn't call that person smart but stupid haha

As for it being funny, at times yes but there are other forms of humour which I'd prefer, like sarcasm. Also, foolishness may not always be funny but rather lead to awful consequences

nb: Btw sarcasm can still be effective without fools around (imo)

I am not saying that fools are needed to make others become smart

I am saying IQ and brains make a person smart .

We all are a wee bit towards the foolish side if compared to gr8's like einstein an newton.

Now just for a sec Imagine if every1 accepts that all r smart like themselves

Nobody would be less smart

So our human competitive nature will slowly die down

and no one will make things better .

Innovations and tech would not develop further coz every1's like "oh ! whats the point of doing so much hardwork its not like I could do better coz we all have the same knowledge the same smartness"

Thats y we need average iq ppl n fools they make sure there is still the thirst to succeed in the compettion of life.

We could all be considered more foolish or less smart as compared to others but there are also other qualities like kindness and helpfulness that define a person.
