I don't think she needs to tell him, I mean, let it be a "sealed" topic. Did he ask her, and if so, why did he ask her, is he a virgin? As Aparna said, what proof do we have that the guys are telling us the truth?

i must say a lot of teens today confuse sex with commitment.. especially the girls.

there is a lot of doule standards in our society. the guys can have all the 'fun' before marriage and lie about it or get away with it very easily. but they (and their parents too) expect their future wives to be a virgin.

i am not generalising it. but i just insist that there the girl must tackle it (the virginity issue) as per the situation, without jeopardising her future.

my personal opinion is that the ppl should refrain from premarital sex. as mythili says, god has given us this beautiful life for us to live. if you could abstain, you will not have the guilt of hiding something from your spouse or giving him / her STD.

rly doesnt matter, i mean if i ask my husbadn if he's a virgin or not, i'd want him to tell me, but i wouldnt care if he isnt much. i think every1 wants to stay a virgin until their married but things dun always work out like dat, oh well. depends on ur way of thinking, i for one wouldnt care if my man wasnt a virgin

i dont think its a big deal unless its something important...like pregnancy issues or something of the critical sort

well now you can have a surgery that will somehow 'restore' the hymen. the put some capsule inside the vagina and when the girl have sexual intercourse there is blood coming out. so maybe that's what she did.

well there are still people who are a bit traditional and conservative and want their wife to be virgin even though they themselves are not virgin. in the past man can marry more than one woman and they expect their woman to be virgin and untouched even though they had sexual relations before. and i don't know whether there is but i don't think there is a way to proof whether a guy is virgin or not.

I think the only reason I'd want to know if my spouse wasn't a virgin is if he had an STD....hence I'd totally have my spouse tested beforehand😆

But I wouldn't care otherwise because I think it's unrealistic to think that everyone is so pure, especially guys! There is definitely a double standard in this area....Many of my male cousins definitely are not virgins, but most of my female cousins were virgins before they got married!
