The underline meaning is that you may not have acted on your every thought but your thoughts are worst than your actions, cause they beat your actions in the ratio game...

Why would they be worse (and consequently win the game by cheating 😆)??? Being more in numbers (and I am not even sure if thoughts are something that can be counted on a numerical scale like this, but still) does not make it worse. Negative thoughts, if not acted upon, is not harmful.

Yeah, obviously thoughts are more numerous than action. We think almost 24/7. The point is - why are our thoughts and actions in some sort of competition?

If a person thinks about raping someone 24/7 but does not act on it does that make the person less guilty?

And I too agree that actions speaks louder than words...

Yes because a) that shows the person has a control over his thoughts and isn't manifesting them into actions, and b) his thoughts are essentially harmless.

Any person in such case, however, requires therapy and psychiatric treatment.

Thoughts can be both novel and bad. You may want to do good, but it doesn't alone earn you respect. Similarly, you may wanna do some harm to someone when you are angry. But unless acted upon, thoughts are relatively harmless.

And as to your "rape" comment, mean do not, at least I don't, fantasize about raping a girl. In fantasy, the sex is consensual. If someone always fantasizes about raping someone, I won't say they are in perfect mental health.

The only way we know about human "thought" is if a person confesses.

Considering the stigma, would a person who has rape fantasies confess openly that they have rape fantasies. Could it be that majority people have deviant fantasies but never confess about it?

Take BDSM, a lot of people claim that they are not into it. But by how much fictional BDSM sells, there is more to that fantasy than people claim.

I'm not trying to say rape fantasy is normal. I personally find it very disturbing. But how do we know what someone is fantasizing about?
