I have a lot to say, as I usually do:

@Cricket: Why is everyone talking about that? It's all over my Facebook newsfeed. Was there a India-Pakistan match recently? I'm guessing that's why there is so much cricket talk going on here?

@Barfi: I watched the movie earlier this week. I absolutely loved it! It was adorable! I did think it was long, too long (seriously, we had an intermission! I don't remember the last time I had an intermission in any movie before!). It was cute though. I liked it - Ranbir Kapoor and PC were brilliant. Props to Ranbir - I never liked him before this movie, but he's really growing on me now. I still don't think he's all that attractive though. Girls swoon over him for no reason. Anyway, I still can't believe they copied a whole scene from The Notebook. They didn't even attempt to make it unique or even slightly different. Just plagiarized it completely! Ridiculous.

@Debates: Obama was a disappointment. What happened there?! Romney gets on my nerves, but he came out the better debater this time around! He was ready, charismatic and articulate throughout the debate. Obama seemed nervous, indifferent and just did not seem like he wanted to be there. Obama is usually well-spoken, and it totally threw me off what happened this week! Romney was undoubtedly the better debater, but as a presidential candidate, I don't think he has a lot of plans or opinions of his own. He seemed like a bully throughout the debate, attacking Obama for his bad choices but not really presenting his own case or how he would've done things differently.

@POH: Rowling's new book --- did you like it?

I saw Obama the next day live on campus. (I'm such a fan girl) He was back to his usual eloquent and articulate self. Very charismatic and had the crowd really going. I'm not sure what was up with the debates. Very weak performance by him. It was very disappointing. I hope he picks up.

I would have, but they were all in India. None local.

Btw, G and I were planning to watch the rumble online. We had subscriptions but the site could not handle the traffic. It is available for purchase. There will be torrents online though soon. You can download it now. I can send you my login info if you are interested.

They should not object as I paid or live streaming and the site could not handle the traffic. 😡

Wasn't planning to watch either OMG or English Vinglish but the reviews for both seem pretty good.
