Well, this might sound quite weird but I really don't know why are people scared of the end of the world. I mean look at this logically
World end= everyone dies= no body to lament for/with= peace
I say humans suck. World should end hemisphere wise, when its night time there. Dying in sleep is pretty acceptable to me.
As for world ending in 2012, its better not end now. I have started college with the hopes that it will get me a job. What a waste would that be, no?

Good news the world will not end abruptly but changes are taking place as we move out of the Kali Yug. This is an ongoing process and has already started. Also there is a major shift in the spiritual development and level of consciousness.
So hang on and wait for better things.

Well at least it is not going to be an asteroid or a comet hitting us out of the blues.
Nor will it be the Earth getting cooked or demolished.
But climatic and other natural disasters will happen off and on for a few years more. But nothing so drastic as half of USA being washed away or Europe sinking.
They have spoken of Polar shifts and solar flares etc. I am not too worried about that. Global warming is more of a concern but the world is now paying attention to this fortunately.

India is a land of the gods only in name. A majority are as far removed from spirituality as can be.

The man made global warming theory is a big, fat lie. Don't want to deviate from the topic, but I will be happy to elaborate if asked.

edit: modified link.

There will never be another India I think.😆
Here in Singapore we are experiencing more floods like most places in the world, and the rains are pretty heavy. It seems there is much more water these days and strange places flood during the rains. The recent Bangkok floods was unprecedented too.
Anyway there is a separate topic for Global Warming which was put up quite recently.
