I'm quite sure that almost everyone must have heard of the sudden upsurge that is being termed as the 'Anti-corruption movement of 2011', led by Anna Hazare. He has been on a bhookhartal for over 2 days now. His only plea is to let the drafting committee be composed of 50% of the civil society and the remaining 50% of the politicians. But so far the response from the government has been very lukewarm and they're stuck on technicalities of the process of passing of a bill.

Do you support this movement? If no, then where do you think it is flawed?

No there are very many flaws. In Democracy people decide. I am sure very many people in Tamilnadi in A Raja's constituency will vote for him (I am not saying he is not corrupt) Congress conveniently is destroying all paties. Lalu, Mulayam now DMKet all. See how hazare is calling in media Pawar is corrupt. Why? has he any proof. How many people have benifitted from Hazare. In Maharashtr at lealst 10,00,000 people will vote for Pawar How many will vote for Hazare? In democracy either bring proof that sombody is corrupt or leave it to people.

Although I really support him and his conviction.I dont support his way of achieving it, Bhook-Hartal is kind of weakness instead of strength according to me and especially when he had the full public support , we could have done without the hartal. We need people like him and hence they shouldnt fast unto death instead they should lead from front , determined and strong.

Se what is happening. Now Congress and Hazare together are going to bring a draconian anti-corruption law and put many people in opposition into trouble. See BJP is Silent Even communists are silent. My prediction is that hazare is a congres man and once law is cobbled Nobody will be able to oppose it and who will implement it? Who will collect proofs etc. Jus wait and watch

Of course. In a country where corruption is found in almost everything, one man has taken the initiative to campaign for a better life, which one can get when the corruption matters are solved. He should get the support from every Indian, b'coz, in one way or the other, ALL of us have suffered b'coz of this corruption. As Indians, it's our duty to support him.

Other than talking about corruption what has he done that we should support him? The whole thing started with commenwealth games. The Tv was howling against Kalmadi. All the so called educated people joined. Nothing has been done to kalmadi but just 1 month before TN election Raja is in jail and congress threatens DMK and gets wha they want. Now congress will decide what is the legislation and opposition will not have a choice to even look at it. 60% of india's opulation wil have no say. Only congress will have the final choice and who is this hazare? congress may have promissed him Bharat ratna. If he stands in election he will loose deposit money. Rediculous. this is atrocious. the entire opposition has been silenced.

Hellooo, he didnt just talk about corruption but motivated the whole country into voicing their thoughts against corruption and took steps to force the govt to take a serious look into the lokpal bill which proposes to bring the corrupt officials as well as politicians for trial which is to be completed within a year.
The whole thing started with commenwealth games.
The lokpall bill has been in the offing for nearly 4 decades and not something that started with the CWG !!! Where are you 😲

The issue is not about any political party !!! Its about the common man's fight against the evergrowing issue of corruption. Why are you worrying so much about the opposition parties ?😕

Yes I do, completely. In this lawless country, if one has to resort to such means then so be it. Of course, there are some people who would disagree with me, like I saw here...http://goo.gl/iOZaV

But thats ok. I think in the end, we will have to go on hunger strikes for good roads, less bombings, no trees falling on us etc. What to do...?
