Capital Punishment

I wonder if you would take the time to complete my questionnaire. I am currently studying in the UK and I am looking into comparing criminal activity in the UK and India and whether capital punishment is a deterrent.

I am looking for people to complete this questionnaire if they have had a criminal record, but I do intend to post another questionnaire shortly, which ask for general comments from anybody.
