The mutiple ID nuisance was a person called Tumse in the SRGMP section. She was a bit cranky and came up with over 20 IDs and was very abusive and vulgar too.

Mods had a hard time trying to control her as she copied names of existing members and changed it slightly.

With show ending she disappeared too.

All this reminds me I should be cutting down IF sometime soon. Actually, the few months I took a leave last year - my time management was impeccable. I got a ton accomplished. Now I feel like I'm walking in circles.

I don't think it's common because that permanent ban meant a lot of involvement from the GM's and Admin team as far as I know. I don't think socialising on an online forum is as important as doing well in your studies or worth sacrificing your social life for so I know what I'd do if I was in such a situation.

Funnily enough the member I'm talking about used to moderate one of the sections you currently moderate I think.

This topic reminds me of this member whose avi was a pic that had been slit or something and was bleeding. It was nasty and they refused to change it.
