Understandable. But we shouldn't assume that the effect would be permanent. Moreover, recovering from such a horrific incident can pave the path for crossing future hurdles easily in life too.

With something like rape, I am sure it sort-of remains with the victim for all his/her life, especially if it happens at a very young age. Then with crimes like cutting body parts, or emotional torture - those will definitely stay with the victim, especially the former, if it is beyond healing or curing.

True that the more struggles one go through, the better life he/she gets in the future. That's quite irrelevant here, though.

The intention of the criminal is extremely important, too.

I guess It's time for Mr Rapist Sympathizer to make MIDs; unless he is as brazen as Mr Eve Teaser.

thuink about it....you seem to love agressive flirting here on the virtual forums, but i bet you wouldnt dig it if some random gal jumped on you from the back in a deserted street in the dark.....you'd be disgusted and kick her off....most likely. So there goes the Qwerty fwerty.šŸ˜‰

Ok.. Just not to get misled.. i do consider rape an offence.. so dont want to take it to a frivolous route..
For most part I am talking about myself... nt others.. so .. šŸ˜‰

There is no law enforcement unless someone decides to enforce law at times taking things into ones own hands. This gives rise to further crime. Its a vicious circle .

Which is why you need the underworld!!!
you just making case for more crime.... think of don corleone... šŸ˜†

I have read a lot of disgusting, sickening, vile, repugnant messages on this board but this one, right here, takes the cake. The entire message is so offending and at so many levels, I have nothing but repulsion for the poster. The only fear is that these feelings will manifest themselves into actual crimes one day. Hopefully, at least, the law enforcement will throw all such 🤬 behind bars.

Am not supporting the act of Rape but the fact is the whole leagal system based on social revenge, not on the social compassion...if a man commit rape ,certernly something has to be done to him...but not panishment...do you think panishment can change him...if then thats your wrong thinking...Bcos panishment has nothing do with his phychology...He need treatment..!!crime first happen in mind...so treat his mind first....remember man is not for law...Law is for man...if law is not helping us...then change the law...change the thinking...thats why I said panishment is not a solution its simply exercise in stupidity...!! emotionly 🤬 words koi gullu bi use kar sakta hey beedu!😃

Vinu - Rape is an internationally recognized crime, punishable to the full extent of the law. Period. I'd caution you against sympathizing with crime or criticizing established legal systems for their execution of law on a public forum. That is a very precarious stance you are taking - as has been oft pointed out.

The fact is every crime is in the mind. Mind makes the person act criminally. By that logic every criminal should be free due to insanity and the legal system is moot. Of course I am not against criminal reform. Some criminals can be reformed. However, that can be done within the legal system, in conjunction with punishment of the law. At the same time you have to remember - you cannot cure psychopaths and sociopaths.
