I have no clue! I think our Hades is waiting for the stars to align in the Hyades star cluster.

I will referee just one contest. Most likely, there will only be one winner so I don't want to make enemies out of the rest especially if I do it more than once.

It will be after May 23rd. Pogo has expressed interest and that is when he will be available.

Cloddy & Gauri (if available)
+ others if interested

I will PM Mister. K sometime this weekend about the contest. I will also PM you guys when the contest is starting.

Can we have the contest only for a week or something? It is more exciting that way. Is Mister K and yourself, the only judge? I like the writing competition - the creative one, i would like to sign myself up for that please. And depending on the topic of the debate, in the debate topic too..is there a space for me? :)

b) Creative - You will be give a certain time period to write a short story based on the given theme and elements.


Can we have our own theme and elements for the creative writing? 😛....I think a two week period is enough to send the entries, that's what i did last time..and the winner can be decided by public voting? we can send you the entries through pm and you can post them anonymous here and we can then do a public vote and decide the winner through that?

You can attract more members to sign up the contest by sending PM's...if you want, i can send about 60 people that are on my contact list to have a look at this contest?

All contests are open for all. Debate will be starting the coming weekend. Keep looking at the stickies and I will PM all those who sign up here too. Mister. K and myself are judges so far, unless you don't trust us. Mister K is more of the grandmaster while I am like organizer/back up commentator/ misc judge etc etc 😆

You will be allowed to add your own creative touch, but to make it challenging you will have certain aspects you must include in your story.

Winners will be decided 50% by voting and 50% by judges. It will be based on likes as well as judges score. We can definitely do the anonymous posting.

Feel free to send send the info to anyone. Anyone is welcome to join even if they are not DM regulars.

The topic will be a surprise. If you find that it is too heavy you can skip it. This is DM and some people do like serious intense debate. That is why there will be a more creative writing part separate from debate for people who are more comfortable creatively.
