Regarding angel, its a relativistic concept. 😛

Well knowing such things has a lot of consequences ....the worst being knowing the bitter reality of what everyone thinks about you as that will just break your self perception which would be quite sad unless ofcourse everyone only has some positive thoughts to offer. (what a run on sentence...apologies to my English teachers 😆)
I just mentioned this in another topic, none of us humans are complete angels.....we all are a pile of selfish and egoistic Homo sapiens. Tongue

I am the sun.
And yeah, it was considered more with humour than anything else.

I understand your remarks were made in jest. But I was just pointing out that, "I am the Sun" is not as far fetched as you might think it is. However, you alone are not the Sun. I clarified that in the very first reply when I said we are startdust and not the star itself.

Regarding the other distinguishing features you mentioned ("speaking", "breathing", "heating up" etc) I would reply but that would be an overdose keeping our pehli mulaqat in mind.

Aren't there any already?

poora thread khangal liya kya cloddy ji 😆 A certain Dr. Emoto had experimented on the effect of different words, music, environment on water droplets . He froze them for three hours. He then examined the crystal formations under a dark field microscope. And he took photographs. The results were totally mind-blowing.
I had posted some of the pix earlier in this thread pg 4 . Worth trying it out ? game for it?

Hello Angie, looks like our Cloddy Bhai made a rare weekly visit.
I read about the power of thoughts, a certain spiritual practitoner used to pray to a certain form of God and because of his deep concentration abilities that particular form would appear before him in his daily morning prayers. The Goddess would only be visible to him and would talk to him, and when he asked if she could also make herself visible to the rest of the family she said no. The question that arises is whether the whole thing is conjured by the mind or whether it is a God appearing to him?
But then is not creation too conjured by the Mastermind ?
Anyway the spiritual stage reached by the individual was pretty high, but still, it was not the ultimate realization. He later learnt Kriya yoga and became a master too.
There are other such similar cases I have read.

The mind is a mystery , summer 😊.The vision wud be his alone and can be considered as hallucination by others. Theres no way he wud be able to convince others about the vision. I think its enough if he can convince himself ! If he believes then thats what matters . The most difficult times are those when one is hovering b/w belief n non -belief.
Kriya yoga is supposed to be a very strong n effective way of attaining realisation. There was repeated ref to it in autobiography of a yogi by Sri Paramahansa Yogananda but he has no where mentioned the technique ...
I think it involves long hrs of meditation. That means- no thoughts !!
The visionary may have not attained full realisation then, but he was on the path. Full realisation wud follow in its own time.

Yes,Keep the Silence is good meditation,I think when slience comes Ego or mind disapear....cos we all know words come and go... silence remains but a false silence is always forced..I think nothing can disturb if real silence has happened...a silence is needed before death, before life, before love....atleast 10min daily if we practice, it give some enjoyment or different feel to our mind..😊

I think you didnt notice that....Death ke pahale bi ,there is Silence, our mind is inner disturbance...You are sitting silently and there is much inner disturbace u can get... if real silence has happened. Then everything helps it to grow.... If you are really silent you can sit in a market, and even the market cannot disturb it...but the real silence happen very rarly....becos those few moments will be almost dead,..in purana hope you know about maharshi's and sanyasi log karthe hey na, that type of thapasya..its need years and years of meditation and practice....cos our mind never allow to keep the real silence....😊

death ke pehle silence ... let me see ...If the person is unconscious or in coma then definitely . But if conscious then..? OK I dont know how a person wud actually feel just before his death, whether there wud be silence & peace or a struggle . I guess it wud vary person to person. But there wud be chaos all around amongst the relatives and friends. Death is always mourned except in one tribe where its actually celebrated as liberation !
