sexual predators on the net

Do we even know what is the policy in regards to reporting sexual abuse on the net?

Here is the definition of sexual abuse:

"Sexual abuse, also referred to as molestation, is the forcing of undesired sexual behavior by one person upon another, when that force falls short of being a sexual assault. The offender is referred to as a sexual abuser or (often pejoratively) molester. "

We come across perverts many times in our lives but in real lives they hide their feelings and most times, one will not realize what they are upto. Hence it is easy to ignore them. But in virtual lives, such people are not ashamed at all and roam freely showing their pervertness, thinking its cool. Sometimes they also trap many people but escape as it is easy to make new ids to target a new person. The only way to ignore them is to stop networking on the net which sounds so ridiculous in todays age. How to deal with such assholes, if their advances are bothering you but they are not so obvious so to report them? Share your views.
