Yes this one's actually good because it includes people who deserve too be there. People like Abhishek etc... don't deserve too be there. Now, look at Baichung Bhutia, look how much pride he has brought to India(except the JDJ win😆)

Kya karein yaar...Old is always Gold. Mile sur mera tumhara, purab se surya ugga and school chale hum..waise hi ache lagte hain...

Waise what was Deepika Padukone doing in those chota kapdas...???

i saw the video there was nothing inspiring, really. the actors were doing nothing but acting filmsy. no real emotions, it was like a clip of a bollywood flick.

just watched it on you tube.....but i still love the old one which had covered all the states ......and this one is full of bollywood ....India is much more then bollywood ......very few sports personalities included also no one to represent the corporate sector ..........in all the song is okk the Original one is just a masterpiece this one cannot replace it

OlD is GOLD ....no doubt. It was much simpler and was easiar to connect and was much better but i didnt find this one bad eitehr ...it was much more complex and diversified according to me.

Locations were superb! Only drawback was some of the useless people featuring in it and some of the important legends getting ignored. ....Deepika (maybe she was used as in the older version her father was there) , ranbir ,PC , shahid ..inka kaam kya tha is video mein ..what have they achieved till now? 3 khans AB , juhi ...samajh mein aata hai. They have given a lot to the Bollywood. Shilpa and Ash r international faces now.

Another Drawback was not many sportsperson were there and whoever was there , u blink ur eye and they r gone.

Olympic winners were given only a second footage....😲

Anotehr thing was in the earliar version they got togetehr people who were not meant to be togetehr ....and in this one they didnt try anything of that sort ...

But there were many stuff which i liked too.

Sallu was with deaf and mute children, ustad amjad ali khan passing the legacy to his sons, Zakir hussain doing jugalbandi with his brothers, SRK on sea link focussing on infrastructure develoment , Anushka shankar playing the veena again signifying that she is the daughter of the great "Ravi Shankar" , shaimak dawar and famous classical dancer performing on jugalbandi again , and regional superstars representing their own regions. AB opening shot near Taj and Gateway of india signifying strength after teh attack. Gurdaas Maan and Juhi chawla near Golden temple.

I dont remeber how many languages were used in the old one ...but in the new one i think arpund 8 were used ....

The locations were too good ..u know worli sea link ...it looks so beautiful.....the cinematography was very good.

As SAS said they focussed on many development and empowerment of India. U have to understand the whole video in detail ...every background to know what it means and what it signifies. Just faces used does not make the whole video bad!

Aur waise bhi ...the song is such that ...u always feel it to ur heart ...atleast it touches me every time..doesent matter it being a older version or the recent ones.
I just love the whole feel of the song.😳
