Attitude in the sense of "you've too much attitude" would mean that others feel you are too much of yourself and have a big ego.

People tend to use the word even for those also who like to remain to themselves and don't tend to socialize for various reasons. They may be shy or they just may not give the right responses to people when they are contacted because of lack of interaction with people. That gives the wrong impression.

Some like to develop an image of "attitude" kind too. Gives them a feeling of pleasure on hearing that they are attitude filled.

In general, i have observed that rarely are people attitude filled from within. Ya to dikhava hota hai, ya humein bus dikhta hai.😆
