Ok CP . Point taken 😊 Sam Pitroda was responsible for working out all the nitty gritties in setting up telecomm in a big way. When the right person is chosen & given the right resposibility this is the result. But how many politicians are fair enuf to choose the right deserving talents over vested interests ? 😛

lol , ya tis true !

Whatever be the case , rajiv gandhi did chose the right person for the job and shared the vision with him , and thats what is required indeed. A leader cannot do all the jobs but he can supervise and chose the correct persons for all the jobs.
