Shakti finished the act brilliantly. I failed to see any creepiness in that performance. She was doing the bull walk. May be this is what some here are calling creepy!

Well, Shakti and Amar were both brilliant in their satrangi rey number today. Shakti proved beyond doubt that she is indeed versatile. She deserves to win DID II.

Isiliye to hamne kal hi PT. Jasraji ki bhasha me bol diya tha ki "Shakti hamari drishtime avval number hai" She has proven beyond that she is versatile...She can be awesome in her genre but very very good in other forms she attemps and makes it look so good (Makes the dance look easy) so people think dance was simple & easy...Everyone is entitled to their views...This is mine...

Go Shakti Go!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, both Amar and Shakti rocked today!!! It was awesome, superb, mind blowing and exceptional - took my breath away!! WOW WOW WOW... The way she lifted up Amar and then walking away like that - she turned into her bull character completely!!! She had amazing expressions, how she gave that begging for mercy look when Amar was going to kill her and then how she raised to her feet and hit him from behind and then lifted him up and threw him and then kicked him - exactly like a bull fight!! Amar had wonderful aggression and posture and both of them nailed it!!! 👏 👍🏼 ⭐️

That walk looked creepy because it was supposed to look powerful as the bull had made the victory over the matador, and that's how the bull walks back after winning the fight - very powerful and in a fierce manner. The lighting had made the creepiness effect.

Paso Doble is based on music played at bullfights during the bullfighters' entrance or during the passes just before the kill. The leader of this dance plays the part of the matador. The follower generally plays the part of the matador's cape, but can also represent the bull or a flamenco dancer in some figures. What Amar and Shakti did was the follower being the bull, whereas there are other Paso Doble forms where the follower is the flamenco dancer - both are Paso Doble but various concepts!!

LOL 😆 I agree. She looked creepy towards the end, but I guess as everyone pointed out, she was in her character.

Thanks for sharing that. Honestly these guys are trained paso doble dancers, they've been training for so many years and STILL I would say that today's paso doble performance by Shakti and Kunwar is really close to this!! And Shakti and Kunwar have attempted this for the first time! 👏

I think this dance is seriously going to be one of the best in DID!! Definately the most memorable!! It was just AMAZING!!!! SO SO breathtaking and flawless!! I've watched it so many times already and I still can't get over how amazing it is!!

And honestly this act, just makes me appreciate Terrence's choreography and creativity SO much more! Esp. after watching the real paso doble videos you just posted! Paso doble steps are all so distinct and repetitive and all these performers honestly looked the same to me. I don't even know how those judges judge these guys, I mean they all look the same to me. lol Anyways, and just watching these performances, I tend to get bored after awhile. So my point is, something like a paso doble, which has such distinct steps, to make that act look creative and refreshing is a challenge in itself!!! And it just shows how AMAZINGLY creative Terrence is when he added his own breathtaking moments throughout the dance!! For example, the kick back when the Kunwar was about to stab Shakti the first time! The leap of faith, and of course the end!!! Things like those, and even the little moments of emotion like for example Shakti's expression right before she backstabs Kunwar in the end. Just her evil sa expression there!! 👏👏

JUST AMAZINGG!! Seriously I can watch this performance again and again it was SOO good! And just flawless! The whole performance was PERFECT!!

Like Anu (nureat01) mentioned, this was an example of amazingly creative choreography by Terrence and a perfect execution by Shakti and Kunwar. 👏👏

ya she looked creepy as she was supposed to afterall she was the bull in the act.
the performance was just mindblowing the best in the episode.
they were jusr FANTASTIC MAN FANTASTIC.👏👏and because we have never seen this side of her na so it was a little bit surprising
but she was FAB as always.
gosh their expressions were very gud and after the performance when she came down from the stage very sweetly and went to amar she was looking so cute😃

At the same time, I would say Shakti & Amar were still not far behind. Terence used the song and the lyrics very creatively to create a refreshing piece 👏👏 that's another reason I like watching DID is bcz I get to see all these international dance forms done on bollywood songs, and the choreographers give it their own touch to make it likeable by the Indian audience 😛

According to me, Shakti & Amar were just perfect!

She did, but that was the demand of the performance, she had to look agressive to make the dance work. I think her look and body language really added to the dance, with anything softer, it wouldnt look right.
