terence has always been the fairest judge of the three for most of the competition, and remo has always been the most biased judge for most of the competition. an wen it comes to the last few weeks of performances, jai had really stepped up his game..so terence had every right of praising his performances. there also werent many, if any, negative aspects in most of his performances (besides the hat one).
also, if u watch these performances of the past few weeks, u'll also notice that remo (an geeta sometimes too) points out the obvious mistakes (the hat, the headslide, the danda in jai's o sayaa act). y would terence need to repeat the specific mistakes for the 3rd time? i think the contestants wouldve understood wat went wrong after it was mentioned once. also, these mistakes that were pointed out by remo an geeta were not regarding technicalities of the dance style, but things that went wrong b/c of luck (the hat, the danda, the headslide).
before wen terence was pointing out the good/bad points, the other two judges were never really specific on wat was good an wat was bad, they either jus said it was a good attempt an could hav been better, or that it was a really good performance (shano shano - terence points out things that went wrong w/ technicalities, while remo an geeta ddnt catch them). therefore, terence was specific wen everyone else was general. now that the other two judges became more specific, terence only mentions something if it wasnt obvious technical-wise so that his contestants could improve their dance styles.
so, imo, terence ddnt really change his way of judging, but adjusted to the comments of remo an geeta. but i do agree that remo became a bit more honest towards the last few weeks than he had normally been.
