Swadheenta was going home in cab but her thoughts ran back to Adarsh.He looked so sincere when he asked her for coffee.Swadheenta brushed her thoughts aside but another sentence of Adarsh came to her mind was Suhasini Mam really aware of Adarsh trying to ask her for date ??Parallel to her thoughts she kept a check on the cab driver as well.Presence of mind was very necessary.Though the uncle seemed nice Swadheenta disn't trust anybody except her family.Her thoughts were interrupted when suddenly a young girl of about 12 came in front of the cab and the driver hit the brakes so hard that she jerked and saved herself from hitting the seat of driver.The girl looked dishelved and looked like she had been running from somebody from very far away.Than she suddenely heard the girl's voice.
Girl-Please SAVE me.They will take me away.
Swadheenta was still deciphering what the girl was trying to say when she saw 2 goons behind the girl and understood what exactly were they trying to do.Swadheenta's blood suddenly rose to the level that she could not stop herself and checked her purse for essentials.
Swadheenta (urgently)-Uncle can you call the police please.Till than I will try and save the girl !!
Driver-Madam ji be careful.He gunde kya karne ka irada rakhte hai ye aapko bhi pata hai !! I will call the police immediately.
Swadheenta immediately went outside trying to find the girl and the goons.She just hoped she would not be too late.While trying to find them she spotted certain stones and decided to use them just incase and while picking that up she saw the goons trying to force themselves on that little girl.That's it that was more than enough for Swadheenta to go into attack mode.
Swadheenta ( very angrily)-Ye bacchi ko chodo !!
Goon 1- Madam ji chali jaaye warna iske baad aapka number bhi lag sakta hai.Hero mat baniye !!
Goon 2-Aapko kya farak padta hai waise bhi.Aapki konsi kuch lagti hai !
Swadheenta (Getting furious)-Maine kaha ladki ko chodo warna...
Goon 1 (Picking up iron rod)-Warna kya madam ji.Lagta hai is se pehle aap ko sabak sikhana padega...
Before the goon could attack Swadheenta threw a huge stone right onto his head.The first goon started bleeding and fell down but the second one almost attacked Swadheenta but luckily she didn't get hurt and Swadheenta sprayed the pepper spray right into the goons eyes but she knew that it would keep him down only for some time and that's when Swadheenta got another stone into her hand when she heard the girl's voice.
Girl (Frantically)-Didi aapke peeche.
And suddenely Swadheenta got alert and turned around the goon tried to hit her with the rod but he missed dur to the pepper spray and in that spur of moment Swadheenta hit the second goon with anither stone which she had been holding.Both of the goons had sustained injury but were not completely down but lucky for Swadheenta the police arrived and the girl rushed to hug Swadheenta
Gril (Hugging Swadheenta tightly)-Thank You didi.Aapne mujhe bachaya !!
Swadheenta (Hugging her)-It's ok you are safe now.They will not harm you anymore.
Swadheenta went to the police station with the Inspector but had requested the police to let the cab driver go off as he had just placed the call to which the police had agreed to.Swadheenta needed to go to the police station for the report and also because she was the eye witness.
On the other hand Abhay and Simmi who had been sharing the car with Adarsh received the call from Police Station and was shocked at what he was told.
Abhay (anxiously)-Bhai can you drop Simmi at home.I need to go the station.It's emergency.
Adarsh-How are you expecting to go ?
Simmi-Baby tum Adarsh bhaiyya ke saath chale jao Jaya Bhabhi and Jaidev bhaiyya are still here I will leave with them.
Abhay-Thanks Baby !!
Adarsh-Why are you so angry,anxious ?? All Ok ?
Abhay(angrily)-It was attempt to rape case of a 12 years old.When will the people learn.
Hearing this Adarsh drove as fast as he could.He knew how much his brother hated these kinds of things. Being DCP he had these cases very often but sometimes Abhay came home boiled way over in his head.Rape cases got his anger out of control very often.
When Abhay and Adarsh reached the Police Station they both found Swadheenta with the girl.Though Abhay was not surprised Adarsh was very surprised.Abhay relieved the other Inspector.
Abhay (Inquiring)-WHat happened Swadheenta ?
Swadheenta (Holding her right arm)-Well I was going in my cab towards home when suddenly this girl came in front of the cab and behind her were these two goons running over and when I went to save the girl I saw them trying to force themselves on her.I hit them with stones.
Abhay (angrily)-When will these people learn ?? Swadheenta what you did was exceptionally brave.You saved the life of a 12 year old girl.Are you hurt.?
Swadheenta-I might have pulled a muscle trying to hit them but I will be fine Abhay please can you just make sure that this girl is somewhere safe without all those questions.She is 12 and is highly traumatized.
Abhay-Don't worry mei ise abhi Jaya Bhabhi ke N.G.O chod kar aata hu.She will be safe there and the doctor there will check her out as well.
Swadheenta (smiling)-Thank You.Can I leave now ?
Abhay-How are you planning to go since you have that cab driver go ?
Swadheenta-I will get another cab.
Abhay (seriously)-No it's not safe for you to go alone right now that too alone.Uh if you don't mind Adarsh Bhai is right outside he can drop you.
Swadheenta-How will you go to the N.G.O then ?
Abhay-Don't worry about me I will use the police car.
Abhay told Adarsh of the situation and requested him to drop Swadheenta and than head home directly as he would be late.Adarsh happily agreed to drop Swadheenta at her place.Frankly he was bit shocked as to how brave she was.She literally had hit the goons with stones.He had started admiring her more.She was brave,independent,smart woman.Now his initiation for coffee was more strong but not right now.She had been through enough already for tonight
Adarsh (concerningly)-You should get that checked tomorrow morning itself.
Swadheenta (caught off guard)-Yes.
Adarsh-Didn't you get scared ? I mean most people would have ignored that and drove away and would have slept peacefully.
Swadheenta (smiling)-Yes I know but I am not them.If despite seeing that girl in trouble had I not helped her I would have been guilty for a very long time especially knowing what that little girl was headed for.
When you see this kind of stuff momentarily you get the strength to fight it even after that for hour long your hands continuously shake !!
Adarsh (laughing)-Are you sure you fine ??
Swadheenta-Yes I will be fine.You know you are nice when you don't flirt.
Adarsh (smiling)-Should I take it as compliment or as an offence to think that you don't like me when I flirt.
Swadheenta (Innocently)-Compliment
Adarsh-Thank You.You might flip flop on the coffee Swadheenta but we can atleast be friends.I can be a good friend.
Swadheenta-I have no problem in being friends.Ouch !!Just stop right there.That's my house.Thank You so much.
Adarsh-it's absolutely ok...I will see you tomorrow in court.
As soon as Swadheenta reached home she was bombarded with questions especially with her Bandar who saw her with Adarsh from his bedroom window.Before she can actually even speak Asad started his non-stop question bank.
Asad (Worriedly)-Kaha thi tu freedom ? Itni der kyu ho gayi ?Tu phone kyu nahi utha rahi thi?WHy did that guy come to drop you?😆
Swadheenta (irritatingly)-Asad bas shant ho aab.I got late.I came in cab but it broke down.The guy was Adarsh Sinha and he is Suhasini Mam's son and he came to drop me as ther was no other cab.So please relax.
Zubaida (getting angry at Asad)-Aabhi saas toh lene de bacchi ko.Sawal toh aise kar raha hai jaise tu bada ho.(Slightly touching Swadheenta's shoulder)-Swadheenta beth tu paani pe.
Swadheenta(Painfully)-Ouch !!
Asad (Getting concerned)-Aab ye kya hua tujhe ? Ye chot kaise lagi ?
Haider-Beta koi accident ?
Swadheenta (siganalling him) Ha Mamu accident hua tha.
Zubaida-Beta tu Doctor ke paas gayi ya nahi ?
Swadheenta-Mami muscle pull ho gaya hai.Kal subah Cort jaane se pehle Doctor ko dikha doogi.
Haider-Theek hai beta tu so jaa.Hum kal subah baat karege.Par dawai laga ke so jaana.Warne Swelling badh jayegi.

Swadheenta woke up early next morning and had visited the doctor but as predicted it was a muscle pull.The doctor tied tight bandage and gave her some pain killers.She rushed home soon as she had to get ready for court.Just as she was about to eat the breakfast she received a call from Dubeyji and she had a situation in the case.Swadheenta rushed outside quickly and with food in one hand and decided to go in cab as she was in no condition to drive.She reached Jaya Sinha's N.G.O and found there Suhasini Mam,Jaya Ji and ofcourse Adarsh Sinha along with his assistant and also her client.
Swadheenta-Mam I got Dubeyji's call.What happened ?
Suhasini-Somehow that guy what's his name Badrin Narayan got to Shamsher ji's daughter and now she is refusing to testify.
Jaya (Apologetically)-I am so sorry Swadheenta.I should have asked for extra protection for her.
Swadheenta-It's ok Jaya ji.These things happen.But when did this exactly happen ?
Adarsh-Yesterday night Bhabhi received call from here.
Swadheenta-You should have called me.I would have came immediately.
Suhasini-I was going to.But than Abhay told me what happened.So I let it be.
Shamsher Singh-Mai use jabarddasti testify nahi karwana chata.SHe has been through lot already.She is scared.
Swadheenta-It's ok Shamsher ji.Nobody is going to force her.
Adarsh (anxiously)-But isn't your case based on sole statement of his daughter.How are you going to present someone you is not ready to be presented.
Swadheenta-I will manage it.You don't have to worry about it.
Adarsh (Looking at Suhasini)-Mom please say something.
Suhasini (calmly)-I have full faith in Swadheenta.If she says she will manage it , it will be managed.
Adarsh-Swadheenta you have to understand this thing is out in the open.It is identity theft of Army man.If something messes up than...
Swadheenta (Cutting him off and Strictly)-Are you saying Mr Sinha that I don't know how to do my job.I know very well the importence of all this.When I tell you it will be managed it means it will be managed.Now if you want to come to Court you are most welcome but if not that don't interfere in my work.I hope I have made it very clear to you.

Swadheenta opened Shamsher Singh's file again and read it thoroughly 4 to 5 times and finally spotted something and smiled peacefully.She knew that there had to be something in the file.It was a chance to win this case today itself and get what belonged to Lance Naik Shamsher Singh.She got down at the court and saw Shamher ji and signaled him to come with her.She also saw Adarsh.God ! she was in no mood to get angry with him but he questioned her ability as a lawyer and she would never tolerate that.Agreed she was no Suhasini Sinha but she had a reputation as well and to question it was like questioning her integrity.
The court got settled and the judge too came in to start the arguments of the day.Her opposition lawyer was Adv.Chaddha.The guy was basically a local gunda.So it fitted as to how Shamsher ji's daughter had got scared.

Swadheenta started the timer off and Shamsher ji started his reloading.Frankly even Swadheenta was impressed with his skill,not many people can have it. Swadheenta looked at the stop watch and than at the gun.Shamsher Ji had done it within 16 seonds !!

Suddnely Dubeyji signaled Swadheenta and she saw Gudiyaa standing there with a note clutching in her hand.Swadheenta knew that she would come.Swadheenta went ahead and took the note.These people ahd threatned her with her father's life and hence she had decided to keep quite.Swadheenta took the note and handed it to the Judge.
Swadheenta (strictly)-Aab aap kya kahege Adv.Chaddha ?? Aapke client ka plan toh kaafi accha tha.Ek bacchi ko darane ka.But it seems as if she is brave enough.
The last straw for Swadheenta was that Badri Narayana dnhis wife along with Lance Naik Mohan tried to escpe and that was it.Running away proved everything else.

Swadheenta was relaxed now.She had finished what she had began.her work was done and now started the work of Government.She was hopeful that Adarsh would speed things up for Shamsher ji.When Swadheenta went outside to get a cab for herself she found Adarsh waiting in the parking lot.She was in no mood for even talking to him right now but somehow his face was melting her anger.Wow this never happened with anybody.
Adarsh (apologetically)-I am sorry Swadheenta.I should not have suspected your approach.
Swadheenta-You questioned my integrity Adarsh.Did you really think that Mam would let me handle a case if she thought that I was not fit.
Adarsh-I am sorry please forgive me.You were perfect in there.When did you know about this ?
Swadheenta-Adarsh Mam has always told me that there should always be Plan B just incase.So Plan B is always there.If there wold have been no Plan B than even Mam would have anxious like you this morning.You should leran from your mother on how to be calm incises situation.
