I knew from Thursday itself the title of my end credit post will be this. Only problem was I was not seeing the truth, I was not the seeing the missing link in the cachophony of voices. Friday I got a slight inclination but then Saturday with Yash's death I was again confused. I was unable to distinguish truth and I was unable to distinguish lie. And after yesterday episode for a long time I decided I am not going to post this because it makes no sense. They didn't show any FB of Adarsh planning plotting anything and decided to take another title and make my end credit post. But there is one thing with me that I felt in general if I had a hunch this is what is going to be, one way or the other the logical path will open to justify it.
And today morning it dawned on me. It dawned on me like a flash. The truth that was hidden. The truth that has walked on its own and I wept. I wept for a long time. Yes Swadeenta fought the battle, Adarsh lied ( we know at some point he has lied. His talk to Jai has cleared it, where he says how did you think I will leave Swadeenta. We don't from which point. But Adarsh lied for something is a truth which the CVs have revealed conclusively. And the change happens from that confrontation of his to his father, Suha's walk, Suha sermonizing Yash and finally Yash giving up life) . But who did I cry for. I cried for Abhay Sinha. Believe me even when I am writing this I am crying. And why Abhay Sinha. Because he was Adarsh truth.
For that we need to understand what did Swa need to vindicate Asad Jilani. Is it to prove he was not associated with a terrorist called Aravind Gupta negative affirmation or is it by proving Asad Jilani was with Abhay Sinha positive affirmation .
Go back to the night of Jun 1st. The fatal night. Think of Abhay Sinha. A man hit with 11 bullets. Imagine 11 bullets. What will be the pain he will be undergoing, pain which would have made any normal human lose conscious or want to die instantly. That kind of unbearable pain. But this man holds his breath, hold on to his conscious with every ounce of energy in his body, he withstands the brutal pain maybe for atleast say 1-2 hrs to utter a word " Asad" . Why?. Swa's question should have been that. Why did Abhay Sinha utter the word " Asad" in his final breath instead of taking his wife's or mom's name. Why Asad.
She doesn't ask that. Remember Jaya telling " Why are you crying for the relation that didn't exist " and " She is the bahu of this house, let her stay here".
Yes her relation with Asad existed, but her relation with Abhay also existed right. If her relation with Asad was a truth, her relation with Abhay was also a truth. Then why she had to chase a mirage Aravind Gupta, while she could have chased Abhay Sinha.
And this come to Swa in multiple ways. When Adarsh tells the testimony in court he shouts a dying man doesn't lie and Abhay told Asad. And what does she tell. She doesn't give weightage to that word. The word of a dying man, a honorable man, a martyr who has suffered pain to the core. She wants Aravind Gupta.
Aravind Gupta is her lie, because Aravind Gupta doest exist, even if she reaches him if you see what does Aravind Gupta do. He implicates Haider and Asad. And Jaya asks the most valid question. Swa won half the battle. She proved the existence of 4th person, but how will she vindicate Asad not connected with them. Because everyone in college knew Asad along with 3 friends, 3 of them termed terrorists. They were staying in his father's house. And mind you even if she had caught and bought Aravind Gupta she will not vindicate Asad, but will put Abhay and Yash in jeopardy also. Reason Aravind Gupta would have told his verification papers were signed by Abhay Sinha. Proof exists. Then he will show Yash and Asad together photo in his mobile. Asad is already termed a terrorist and if Yash is shown with and this terrorist muttering the insider information with the proof in hand would have made lie win jeopardizing the honor of Abhay, Asad and to some extend Yash. How much ever we hate him we cannot look beyond his contributions as an army officer, even his contribution of diffusing 2 bombs. Swa's search of Aravind Gupta would have ended in soup if the Adarsh has not followed the path of Abhay. Why Abhay said the words " Asad". Swa yesterday says 2 things. First to Simmi that she understood Abhay and Asad were together and second in court, till now she was thinking Aravind Gupta is the main person in this case, but she understood it is Yash Bundela
Swa could have followed this path. If she had followed it, she would have seen the night of 1st june through the eyes of her brother in law Abhay Sinha. She would have reached Aman Sinha and would have known Abhay and Asad were together. She would have questioned from where they picked up Abhay and where Asad's body was. She would have known Asad died right in front of her BIL who was still alive. She would have told in court if Asad was the killer, Abhay was alive when Asad was killed then why Abhay took Asad's name. She would have established a doubt in court it was to tell something beyond what system sees. It was a honorable man's last words. His death wish had something to do with Asad. Then she could have staged that drama of jacket in court and proved the existence of 4th person. Aravind Gupta. Then police could have searched him as his existence is conclusively proved through the eyes of Abhay Sinha
Only difference in this approach would have been instead of moving from illusion to real she would have moved from real to illusion. Her battle would have been easier. If it was Abhay Sinha she chased she would have looked into Abhay's call records, his interactions, his colleagues anyone who could have let her know Yash Bundela in the picture. Then instead of asking Yash what he spoke to Asad, she could have asked what he spoke to Abhay which Yash had to speak. From there more clues would have come to establish the positive connection of Abhay Sinha and Asad Jilani. Because though Aravind Gupta killed Abhay, the guardian of the system protecting his killer was Yash. Yash was the defense. And Yash had to be reached to vindicate Asad, which could have easier if Abhay's word was taken
But because of the path she choose, path of the attacker she choose it was very important that the social credibility of Yash Bundela not jeopardized. Because he is the only credible witness who can tell Asad was with them. His social credibility which he got through his past actions was very much needed to vindicate Asad Jilani. And this man Yash Bundela had to confess himself. Whatever Adarsh did was to extract this confession from Yash Bundela because he followed the path of his dead brother Abhay Sinha to find the answers to why he said " Asad" in his last moment. It might not be in the beginning. But his search was to complete the sentence left incomplete by Abhay. And that was his truth.
And finally his truth wins, where Yash Bundela gives his confession. He uses his social credibility to vindicate an innocent soul. Abhay Sinha's wish to live to vindicate Asad Jilani is fulfilled. His belief that if he dies no one can vindicate Asad was so true. Because Adarsh wouldn't have followed the path of " Why Asad" if he had died in the spot. If Swa caught Aravind Gupta he would have claimed Asad a terrorist and the guardian of the system Yash Bundela would have simply gloated over the accusation than choosing the path of redemption.
Abhay Sinha died. But he lived. He lived through his brother, sister and his loved ones to finally give justice to the innocent soul whose protection was his duty. He held on his life defeating the man who physically wounded him and the man who decided to guard the killer for his personal gain by uttering the dying words " Asad"
I had loved him. But yesterday I respected him in such a way which I had never felt for a character. I re watched the scene where Adarsh and Jai giving him mukti. And again I say Swadeenta would have fought, Adarsh would have supported, Asad is a braveheart but my greatest salute to Abhay Sinha whose indominable spirit could not be defeated by 11 bullets that pierced his body.
