Also to suha's point that a person living with the 2 terrorists need not be a terrorist the same argument can be true in the opposite also. there is no proof that he cannot be a terrorist.

Without finding him how can the court declare he is innocent or not. And what about important information that he must be having. why is he on the loose if he is not involved. why did he call and tell tell that 3 of them are going to agra. he would not do that if he was not with them.

They could have very well been 4 terrorist instead of 3. you do not need extra commonsense to doubt that. Suha inspite of this wants to give Arvind a clean chit. These people dont deserve to be asking for Abhay's justice
