I dont know why , I did feel Adarsh male ego hurt as he feels his wife is against him even after he warned Swa and assured his parents , that she wont be in touch with either reporters or the Jilanis.

His behaviour is very natural, not surprised, as I have seen many male does the same once they got married after they show lot of patience, love, caring whatever before marriage until the girl accept their Love.

Swa is the strong and most composed girl i have ever seen on telly. Surprised she didnt shed a tear even after the whole family showed cold shoulder towards her, particularly her husband. I know she is hurt by his rude behaviour, trying his decisions imposing on her to go and tell agianst her mami.

I didnt expect such arrogant behaviour from Adarsh.For him, He and his family is right , ok. But what about his wife? In reality, hus/wife has to discuss such matters openly. But he doesnt want to listen anything from his wife, which made me very angry at him.

His behaviour is totally opposite to what we have seen before marriage. 😲

Jaya's overaction made me feel pity for myself as she still feels she is above alll after parents Sinhas. she is behaving as if Swadarsh got married coz of her only, otherwise they wouldnt got married never . she has lot of false/superior complex as it seems. she feels as if everything runs on her words only.

Im loving Swa more and more as the episodes passing by. Wishing her show the Sinhas their real worth and leave them forever . I guess at some point , she will decide to leave , may be before the final verdict, as Sinhas cant bear their illusions breaking , and some point it may lead to her leave Sinhas. Im actually waiting for such scene as I know Sinhas has lot of ego of their prestige, power, money and everything they possess. They cant accept the truth or defeat that easily.

May be Adarsh will say something when his parents were pointed out by Swa in Alan broad case. May be that is the time , Swa will leave Sinhas house. I wish to see them breaking so badlly for everything they done to Swa since she confessed her love to Adarsh.

Tridha looks naturally beautiful with subtle makeup ! It adds on to the personality of Swa character as well !

@BenNevis ...Completely agree with you. Swa emerges out to be a believably strong character with lots of mettle to break the pretentious world the Sinha's are living in.

I am not sure if male ego is infiltrating their relation at this stage but he certainly will edge towards that in the coming episodes of the show when he will witness Swa quashing the evidences and clawing back at the system for killing an innocent boy whom he will continue to believe to be a murder/terrorist till the time he doesnt stumble upon the stinking reality of his family !

The altered equation of folks post marriage...wherein slowly the family a girl enters begins to embrace her and she their style of functioning or the way the new bonds strangle the breath and try to muffle the voice plays out across the length and breath of India. The plight of Swa is the same. They have not had the peace to accord her a transition into the family. The circumstances though stifle and strangle her.

The core value instilled in her by her Mamu cannot be shaken by her parents or her new ties. The strong conviction in the integrity of her Asad and Mamu makes her steely in her resolve to bear the taunts and hostility. In one of the posts i had mentioned that Adarsh was now like the Sinhas and HRH...What i meant is the way they act like a sorting hat and jump to conclusions. The way the Sinhas had painted Ramakrishnan an opportunistic gold digger. The way Simmi and HRH used the adjective Cheap so frequently to describe Swa...The way in a matter of days Jaya regrets having supported the marriage...the way Adarsh had demanded a denial in a press conference of the statement that is twisted and turned and used per its whim by the media

The way Sasuma snaps at her for addressing her MOM...

Somewhere all instances reflect the double standards that prevail in our society. A man moving in with his wife's family or siding with his wife's POV is always the target of much ridicule.

Adarsh had thus far appeared to be a madly in love yet easily manipulated by his mom.

Now, the progressive thinking and righteousness have deserted him at the most crucial stage of their journey as Mr and Mrs Sinha.

It is all about me , my sense of wrong, my family's trauma, my parents point of view as opposed to your sense of wrong, your family's trauma and public humiliation my parents parenting style that made Abhay a Shaheedh whereas Asad 's mother's womb bred a terrorist. Questioning and branding mother hood as superior and inferior was in my POV the nadir moment of the serial and the Karz of Swa since her relatives were responsible for the untimely brutal death of of Abhay.

How different are the Sinhas from a Khaap Panchayath?

@ben and moon - completely agree with you guys. Even tho their behaviour was kind of expected I cant help feel disappointed about the double standards shown. Adarsh had once said to Swa that I can only see efforts from my side but not yours. Well right now I can only see efforts from Swa's side. The only efforts that Adarsh had ever put in was when he wooed Swa. That was purely his work and we should give him that credit but wooing and loving is not the only thing that makes a strong foundation for a happy married life. Theres something called as truth, faith and also the fact that in india 2 people dont get married rather 2 families become one. I have only seen Swa completely acknowledge the Sinhas as her family. Many a times she has mentioned that Abhay was her brother more than a dewar. Asad used to call Adarsh his jiju and he truly meant it but Adarsh never thought of Swa's family as his family. I never expected him to believe the Jelanis without any concrete proof but I did expect him to believe his wife. The woman for whom he fought with everyone. Maybe he cannot bring himself to believe her due to his grief but this passive aggressive behaviour is totally uncalled for.

In all of this I cant help but be extremely proud of Swa for still standing her ground. My sister and I were just discussing yesterday about any 1 heroine who is not a doormat and Swa is that heroine.
