Well, copied from Shurthi (Thanks Shruthi for this symbolism from a few days ago) - The jump to 12 days later is because things have to now end, and there has to be a new beginning, a new direction.
We will see this tomorrow with the case starting. New evidence will turn up, old accusations will die down. New witnesses will turn up, old accounts of events will die down.
Robinhood V/s a Lawyer good
Seriously, what can go wrong in this scenario?
Robinhood is someone who stole wealth from the rich and gave it to the poor. What may be the reason why the general public calls Adarsh "Robinhood"? It is not wealth that Adarsh is stealing from the rich, but it is their misconstrued sense of "right". Adarsh snatches what the rich think belongs to them and gives it to the poor, or those that truly deserve it.
The good lawyer Swadheenta wants to do the same with justice. She wants to get justice for those that have no means for getting it themselves, because today there is a big price tag for getting justice.
What happens when Robinhood stands against this good lawyer? The simple answer is "Nothing bad". Adarsh will work towards getting the deserving their true "right" while Swadheenta will work towards getting the deserving their true "justice".
Also, the way everyone is treating her at the moment will compel them to stand with her as soon as they realize their fault.

Adarsh said something very interesting today (apparently, because I am yet to watch the episode š). That Swadheenta owes a debt towards Abhay's death and the grief it has left everyone with. It is this that will bring them back together. because she will repay this debt by bringing Abhay's true perpetrators to light and having them punished. She will ensure justice is served not just to her parents and brother that she is indebted to, but also to her other brother Abhay who deserves it. And that will make the Sinha's see her in true and correct light.
