Today, the most anticipated episode of this series, we see the marriage between Principles And Freedom. Adarsh, a fundamental truth that serves as the foundation for a system of belief and Swadheenta, the power or right to act, speak, or think on the principles as one wants.
In the first episode, when they first met, Swadheenta told Adarsh something in response to his "Bachpan se meri ek buri aadat hai, har sapne ko sach karne ki". She said "Meri bhi ek buri aadat hai. Sapne dhekne walon ko aayina dhikane ki". What does this really mean? I would like to think that it means that if you dream of something, it is up to you to make it happen. True to their words, Adarsh dreamt of being with her, and made sure his dream came true. And Swadheenta ensured that it was the both of them that made their dream come true!
If you consider the essence of Freedom and Principles, they are always ridden in conflicts. As much as you want freedom for yourself, you want to oppose it for others. As much as you want others to follow principles, you think you should be an exception to it. Conflict is not new to either Freedom or Principles. But their strength lies in remaining true to themselves against all odds.
So far, as individual entities, Freedom and Principles have remained true to their element. As a combined unit, they become more powerful and more righteous, but they will also face more opposition. The indication of storm at the beginning of their unity together is proof of the opposition they will face. If they don't let the external forces guide their way and let each other lead the way, they will triumph. And it is their nature to follow one another, and not let others rule them.
It is normal human tendency to put oneself above all. Any rules are only meant for others, for "I" am above all rules. However, it is principles that become your moral compass, and freedom explores life within this moral compass. When you think you are free to do as you want, your principles and your moral compass shows the guide to you.
Happy married life Swadheenta and Adarsh. We hope that your marriage will be an example for everyone else to follow. Enjoy your special day together. We are all with you to support you through your tough times ahead.
