The episode starts with Swadheenta coming in between Police & Sudha. Swa asks Police about search warrant. Police didn't have search warrant & Swa says them to come with search warrant. Swa says Sudha in her safe custody. She didn't kidnap her. Police says they'll come later with search warrant & leaves. Sudha comes out & hugs Swa. Swa makes her calm. Swa says to Mama, Mami not to worry. Everything will become fine after tomorrow's court hearing.
Adarsh and Vanshika were in car. Vanshika says that Mom's assistant is downmarket. She asks Adarsh if he knws Swa as mom's assistant or otherwise too. Adarsh denies. Vanshika gets a call from her friend named Bunny. She says Adarsh that Bunny is their friend. She gives the ph to Adarsh. She tells Adarsh to say that She & Adarsh r getting married. Adarsh says call got cut after saying Hello. Adarsh asks her if she tells everyone about this. Vanshika says that she has declared it social media. Adarsh seems disappointed.
Asad comes to home late. Swa sees him. She stops him and says about police's arrival in home when Mamu-mami were alone. She scolds him saying he's very irresponsible & this all r happening coz of Radhika. She says him to come out of this and be responsible for mamu-mami. Asad tells her to stop as she fight cases & brings justice, she can't understand love. Swa becomes upset.
In morning, Mamu-mami tell Sudha that everything will become fine. Asad comes & gives Sudha Aam Papad. He gives Freedom too but she doesn't take. Freedom seems upset with Asad. Asad understands. Swa leaves with Sudha for court hearing.
Swa with Sudha reach court under police protection. They saw Subhash & Leela there. They pass away from there. Suhasini comes & sees Subhash's lawyer.
In court room, Suhasini starts saying about Banwari Laal's story. She says he wants Justice now. Opposition lawyer Mr. Kashyap says that the man is fraud. Suhasini agrees. She says that the exact thing is being said by his wife & brother. Police hasn't believed him either. Mr. Kashyap says that law wants evidence. He shows the proofs that proves Banwari dead. Suhasini shows Sudha & Banwari's DNA reports that got matched. Mr. Kashyap asks if she's challenging Army. Suhasini plays a trick & says that Mr. Kashyap is wearing a blue shirt. Mr. Kashyap says no..he's wearing white shirt. Suhasini proves that Mr. Kshyap is wearing blue shirt.
Mr. Kashyap then says that it's court & they should stick to court case. Suhasini laughs and says she's saying about case only. She congrats Mr. Kashyap saying that he's wearing white shirt. Judge also laughs at this. Suhasini says that if Mr. Kashyap's white shirt can be proved blue then it's not tough to match 10 years old Sudha's DNA & declare Banwari dead. She assures that Banwari laal impostor. He is actual Banwari Laal. She says that everyone knows how evidences can be made and break. She says she wanna present the daughter here who's not of 10 years old now. She tells Sudha to tell about the torture of her uncle & mother in these & to tell the truth of her father. Mr. Kashyap says she's manipulated by them, so what she can tell. Judge orders him to stop & asks Sudha to tell. Sudha is about to say when the court bell rings for lunch.
Outside of court room, Swa asks why Suhasini didn't cross questions Leela & Subhash. Suhasini says Sudha's statement can clear the case. So there is no need of dragging the matter. Suhasini tells Swa to be with Sudha as she's an important witness. Swa nodes.
Swa comes to have water when a man comes and introduced himself as Kabir. Swa remembers Banwari's words about his friend Kabir. Kabir says he has seen the state of Sudha. Now she can be free. He says he can give his statement if she wants. Swa says it's not needed. Kabir wants to meet with Sudha but Swa denies saying that she's under custody now. He can meet her later. Kabir gives Swa a chocolate to give Sudha.
Swa goes to Sudha to take her in court room. She gives Sudha the chocolate saying Kabir chacha has given. Sudha becomes happy & opens that. In the chocolate, there is a paper where something was written which made Sudha shocked and afraid.
In Court room, Sudha stands in witness box. She looks at Banwari Laal and tells that he father died 10 years ago. The person is not her father. He is an impostor. Swa, Suahsini & Banwari Laal get shocked at this.
Precap: Suhasini scolds Swadheenta and says that she doesn't need an irresponsible lawyer like Swa as her assistant. Suhasini says that Swa is fired from job.
