Is Harrison the god guy or the bad guy?

It's not monotonous, he doesn't always win and he isn't always facong meta himans. tge fourth epusodes villian in my favourite. And I can't say much about Harrison, I want to believe he's Barry from the future but it doesn't exactly seem like it anymore.

I think Wells is a bad guy although my friends say he's not. Man I'm loving this show so much that I find Arrow kinda boring compared to this
