We all know how terrorists massacred tourists in Pahalgam, Kashmir. But this wasn't just another terrorist activity that has been going on for decades in Kashmir. In this particular case the religion of the tourists was confirmed by asking them to remove their clothes or recite Kalma before they were selectively targetted for being Hindu males.

This brutal massacre has lead to many questions-

  1. Is one particular community more active in terrorist activites in India and also globally?
  2. Does the problem of terrorism have roots in religion or does terrorism have no religion?
  3. Is one particular nation responsible for all of India's terrorist activities or India's internal elements are also responsible?
  4. How can India retaliate at Pakistan and what can India do to solve it's internal elements responsible for terrorism?

Let's discuss the above points (and also others that you think are important in relation to the most recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam) while we watch & discuss the situation unfold as GOI prepares to take a decisive action on terrorism.

Great questions. My simple answer is zero tolerance for terrorism is the only answer.

And it begins with proper education of children so that they learn to think versus any kind of indoctrination.

What is with the picture in the very first post? It seems as if the perpetrators are victims and not the ones murdered. Anyways, thank you @InsaneDivine for inviting me.

You nailed it. But what can you expect after the insensitive meme still remains in the first thread which was not deleted despite so many people expressing the insensitivity of the meme.

Yup both schools are right and also the third of tourism is prolly cheap and easier with such few tourists currently and if one doesn’t fear that something could happen to them…why not ..it is one of the most beautful places on earth…someone once said for Kashmir (translated in English)… if there is a heaven on earth….its here …its here…its here

Sadly the Islamic extremists operating there have made it a hell with their attacks …

Future of Kashmir is dependant on its people and govt. Decades of indoctrination will take time to overcome. And patience and nurturing with a strong safety net of army police and perhaps presidential rule. Mandatory education for children in mainstream schools and complete ban of madraasas with zero tolerance of terrorism. Yes … It’s possible …hard but possible …

It's in reference to this post.

yes. I saw the reference. I still don’t understand your comment on flags being put back under international pressure. Who is putting them back and who removed them. I am very confused . For the reference post and your reply both.

Like you said it's all about bribing. We are hearing now that Pakistani people are being asked to leave but I wonder if they will actually leave. In some days the outrage will be over and these people will again bribe someone and continue to stay here like nothing happened

You are right. Corruption is real.

What is also true is the mental conditioning of Indians. It’s become part of everyday life and people just expect what you said. I still can’t post links 🥲. I saw several videos of govt removing road encroachments. Like bhindi bazaar in Mumbai. They need to do more like Bandra, Andheri and all. This is after decades.

But Indian citizens should not be complacent. Put up 24/7 live web streams. Use technology. Or force govt to do so. And stay vigilant that this does not appear again after bribing extremely corrupt BMC officials. Citizens also need to be more active socially and do what they can.

Waiting for gareebeee hatrao Indian Muslim league to protest against removal of such encroachments

Look at the way journalist is questioning EAM. I mean India mein majority se zyada a certain minority is taken care of and still she is questioning that can minorities still thrive in India? Are they really that dumb, oblivious, thick headed or is it a deliberate propoganda?

If there's a link in the quoted post, just delete that in your reply and it would let you post. 👍
