But, at least they can count the International Audience that watch the show on TV if not online.

With India there are some service providers who they have to follow, but if they start including international audience then there are so many more service providers to count. At least 5 or 6 service providers per country. That makes it almost 200 * 5 or 200 * 6 providers to trace. I know how hard it must be.
