I said that the requirement of 20 20 is young,energetic cricketers..and u dont need to b soo experienced as experience rarely matters in 20 20!!
On the other hand, the requirement of ODI and tests is experience,class...and skill.....there r young players who r good in ODI.....but if u see, only the big guns usually play well in these forms of cricket!!
