From the current, I wud say Fleming, as he is one captain who leads from the front and shows team spirit and leadership.

undoubtedly the best captain in the world is Stephen Flemig. His field placings and his innovative captaincy has been lauded by every single cricketer . Infact many cricketers esp captains of all nations agreed that he is the best captain of the world.

He guides and Motivates his team and shows excellent leadership skills .
