Cummins is not a certainty for T20's for Aus. He wasn't part of the playing XI in their first match & didn't play many T20's either.

That's why they did not chose him as captain

I am not saying he should be captain for all formats but definitely someone over Marsh

But in CWC Final his captaincy was best
